When I booked the parking I also booked the lounge however it was booked for the same day as our parking which was the night before we flew therefore the lounge was booked on the wrong day.

Reference Silver parking at Bristol Airport - in summary the operators lost our car & due to the booking being incorrectly recorded on their system. At midnight after travelling for 7 hrs, the last thing we needed with children was to wait for an hour for said company to locate our car.

Everything was wrong Silver zone parking bristol were not aware of the booking so 15 minutes spent on line at 5am trying to locate the booking which made things rushed at the airport. Way home Dublin to Bristol Bristol closed due to some Muppet over running the airport runway I had to get a flight to Liverpool then a taxi to Bristol. £315.00 Ryanair paid . Then drive home to Plymouth another miles sorry no Xmas ho ho ho from me worst day of my life !!!!

Hi the hotel we stayed in aguamarina was having building work done while we were there very noisy so we had go out most days from 9.30 in the morning. But very comfortable stay

On return from holiday my car was wrecked by airport employees from silverzone who admitted liability but will not repair the car. Customer care is non existent and absolutely appalling. They have totally brushed me off and my worry is for everyone else using Silverzone. I will never use them again. In fact I have been treated so badly I intend to escalate this matter to the Ombudsman and my local MP. I am now without a car.
