Staff helpful and friendly although would not use Holiday extras again as are airport lounge was cancelled but it was open when we got there.

Was not aware someone would be moving my car when I booked it (and wouldn’t have booked had i been aware) and there were insufficient buses for the number of passengers waiting on our return resulting in a long wait.

Everything was okay, but there was a queue to get on the bus back to the car park and although the driver tried to get people to move through the bus it left with people still having to wait for the next bus while their were still quite a lot of seats empty. You need to make sure people are aware as they get on that they need to move through and sit down where possible. Lots of people get on at the start and simply stand with their case just inside the door

Easy to park and book car in. Quite a wait for bus to airport but dropped right at door. On return waited 20 minutes for a bus as they were filling quickly, then 10 minutes before bus moved. Surprised car had been moved and hard to find it as long way from office.

I returned to Bristol Airport from Faro at around 6.30pm & a Silver Zone bus was waiting outside the terminal which left almost immediately. So far so good. However at the Silver Zone reception they retrieved my car key but they were unable to tell me where my car was as when they moved it to the collection area the driver had forgotten to write down the bay number where it was parked. They then said that this would be no problem as members of staff were being sent to search for my car. After half an hour of waiting there was still no sign of my car so I went out to look for it myself & found out that there was one man walking around the car park looking for it. I gave up the search as there were hundreds of cars there & eventually after 40 minutes the chap came back into the reception looking very pleased with himself announcing that my car was in bay. There were no apologies from anybody & the low calibre staff on the reception desk really couldn't have cared less & just wanted to see the back of me rather than have to put up with the inconvenience of me looking less than best pleased waiting in their collection area. I wont be using the Silver Zone again due to the lack of concern demonstrated by the woeful staff there about the fact that they had effectively lost my car which delayed my ongoing journey by nearly an hour. After that I'll be going back to Oakwood Parking for future trips from Bristol Airport.

The staff were helpful but when I collected my car the state it was returned in was not acceptable I take pride in looking after my car and when I dropped my car off it was in immaculate condition but when I picked it up it was filthy ,covered in bird droppings ,tree resin and god knows what else . When customers leave their vehicles under your care they should be taken care of much better.

I've used silver zone parking with no issues in the past but on this occasion was very very disappointed. Great service upon arrival but when I returned I was given my car key with a bay number written on it where my car was parked. Only it wasn't!! I had to walk back to the office to be told the staff member had written the wrong number on my ticket. There was no apology. When I found my car I could not believe the coins I keep in the pot by the handbrake had been taken (5 × £1 coins) also the water bottle I left next to it for my return journey had also been taken ????

Problem booking car in that resulted in car not ready for collection. Staff hastily arranged for car to be delivered to us so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Staff very curtious and apologetic for the delay

Much smoother key drop now it’s computerised. Good pick up and drop. ONE POINT I’d like to make:- the computer asked for a LETTER AND NUMBER for the space where we’d parked but the spaces only have numbers. I wasted a lot of time searching for any indication of which section I was in- to no avail, couldn’t find one. When I got back to the computer my wife said she’d just put in the number of the space without a section letter and the process worked. IF YOU ONLY NEED TO ENTER THE NUMBER DONT ASK FOR A LETTER AT THE BEGINNING OF IT!

On arriving to collect car was given key and vehicle location went to specified location my car was nowhere to be seen back to the desk and advised to return key and they would bring my car to me took a seat car arrived within 20 minutes not really what i wanted after waiting 3 hours for my luggage
