Staff very helpful but transfers were slow. Not enough buses for the return journey and long waits to go back to the Carpark

we parked and made.our way to bus pickup. no where had we been told that we had to leave our car keys so our car could be moved when we were away. we were at the far end of the car park and then had to return to get the bay number for the snotty unhelpful receptionist who acted like we were stupid

Excellent service, loved the self check in machine. And when we got back was very impressed with the amount of extremely helpful and pleasant staff that returned our keys and told us where our car was parked Superb all round...thank you

Previously book parking with a private company and decided to go with airport parking this time. So glad I did as 1 it eas cheaper. 2 bus connections alot faster. 3 so much smoother.

We went to Rhodes about a month before this trip and the parking at Silver Zone was awful. A mile long queue to check the car in, waiting outside in very cold conditions (thank god it wasn't raining). Uncomfortable journey on packed bus to the airport. If I hadn't already booked the parking for this holiday I would have used another site. However, this time they seem to have got their act together and everything was fine, as it always was pre-pandemic.

Booked the silver car park at Bristol Airport. It all went very smoothly. Even when we lost our ticket, on return it took only a few mins for the helpful staff to get us on our way quickly.

Over 20 minutes wait for the silver zone bus after landing. Then bus driver was telling people to move up, was no space to lift up your arms. Worst experience we have ever had using Bristol Airport, we didn't need this after leaving hotel at 9.30am, this was 5pm after long wait for cases, just awful service all round.

massive queue for the bus to take us from the airport to the silver zone parking at 2:30 am - appeared to have only one bus working as it would leave the airport full and wouldn't return for 20 minutes at least - had to wait an hour before we actually got on a bus at the airport. At one point I was going to walk as the shuttle service was taking so long. Decided that I will never use the silver zone parking ever again for this reason - completely unacceptable!

Collecting the car was chaotic. The bus stop for Silver Parking was poorly signed. The bus was huge and desperately over-crowded (Covid!!) The manual key pick up was overwhelmed

Having parked my car reasonably close to the check in I returned to find it had been moved and parked as far away as it possibly could be. As I was a lone female traveller arriving after dark I found it very uncomfortable walking a long distance alone .

Silver Zone used to be so slick - excellent staff, quick and efficient. Now it is self check in - queues out the door - no one could successfully check in their car with out assistance! Machines out of paper - misprints - wrong keys tagged. Absolute chaos. I had hoped that it would have improved since used in April, but no, it has got worse!

As the car park had the keys to the car and obviously moved the car on returning we noted that the trip meter for the miles covered had been changed. This gave us a level of concern as to the movements of the car and why it had been changed.

The system worked really well for a seven day visit abroad. It was easy to park as it is only a short distance from the car park to the airport and likewise for the return journey where we did not have to wait long for the bus to turn up.

I booked 21 days parking but returned within 36 hrs. I tried to phone Silverzone to tell them that I'd need the car back sooner. Nobody answered the phone. I arrived back at 2am and expected the worse. I expected my car to be parked 5 deep somewhere. The guys were very understanding and the car was brought to me within 30 mins.

The parking service was fine, my issue is with the driver who transferred from the airport back to collect my car. He loaded the bus like cattle, I was stood up for the journey and he did not take into account that people like myself (68 years old) were standing and being crushed by other passengers, he also did not take that into account and was constantly braking hard, causing people to sway back and forth, trying to stay on our feet. One last thing, when you leave your car and it is re-parked into a long stay area, why do they need to change the radio station? It makes me think that it was being used for other purposes.

On return car was not in correct bay as stated on slip, staff not bothered at all advised us to check the rows all the way round..(. Silver zone Bristol Airport) after a long journey looking for a needle in a haystack was not my idea of the perfect end to a great holiday... After 40 minutes we located the vehicle.

On my return, my car's passenger window was open half way and the car was absolutely covered in something that looks like dry cement. The supervisor was called, he took photos and suggested I contact Bristol Airport to make a complaint, which I have done.

We did not have a good experience. It did not state anywhere that we had to leave our car keys, as this was not the case on our last visit. We had instructions for both if you leave or don't leave keys in our email. I told staff that we did not realise we HAD to leave our car keys with the staff, and we weren't happy to do so, they said that we had to leave them, they didn't tell us that they move the car off site, they advised me that they "just they needed the keys for safety reasons." We felt no choice but to do so. Bus drivers not the most helpful, passengers packed on like sardines. On return to the car it was in a different parking space and the glove box was open and it clearly had been rifled through as had the central consol and petrol was down. I wish I had noted the mileage before we had left. Booking with holiday extras was fine, it was the car park that was not. I wouldn't use this car park again or recommend it to others.
