Excellent - easy to find. Was a big queue at 3.30am when we arrived but buses arrived quickly to take us to the airport. On the way back bus was there and we picked up the key quickly and had the details of where the car was. Couldn’t have gone any better.

Silver zone 'secure' parking was OK until we discovered it was NOT secure. We had several items including cash 'stolen' from our car. I do have a complaint registered and depending how you resolve this I will decide if I would either reccomend you or use this service again.

Easy arrival at reception. Staff talked us through whole process of parking then input on computer of car details to be provided green ticket to keep as receipt of keys.

Easy to find car park with super road signs. Lots of parking and easy to use ‘key drop off’ Transfer was waiting as we arrived both outgoing and incoming. No hanging around at all. On return journey the staff were very friendly even though it was nearly midnight. Car key returned and car found very quickly. I really could not fault the service.

Massively disappointed with holiday extras. I booked my original parking through you but my flight was cancelled a couple of weeks before, trying to amend my booking cost a fortune more just because I needed to extend for 1 day and amend the dates.

Definitely the cheapest site for parking when comparing to others offering the same service. Instructions on what to do on arrival were good although discovered needed to remove everything leaving just the key for tagging and depositing, which is now automated at Bristol Silver Zone and self labelling needs to be done carefully. Staff very efficient on return date after a 2hr delay to flight which ensured we were quickly on our way for a late (2hr) midnight drive home.

We waited half an hour for a bus to take us to our car. The queue was ridiculous with only one bus running. We were lucky and managed to get on but people behind were not happy. The driver was helpful but there should have been at least one other bus to ease the congestion.

Huge queues waiting for the bus to the car park on arriving back in the UK. Took 30 mins waiting for one to arrive and that quickly filled up so had to wait for a second. No one on hand to provide any communication and not enough buses. Surely they know that 5 planes were landing at the same time so should provide the right level of transportation!

The postcode you gave me took me into Bristol Airport I parked up then realised I was in the wrong park I had to pay £10 charge to get out and go to sliverzone. Could you reimburse the £10 charge please. Mr goodland

Silver zone Bristol was very easy, we have used them many times, they can be slow giving the keys back when a few flights come in together, and it’s cold waiting outside after being in the sun on holiday for so long. But on the whole, they are very good and we will always use them.

I have parked my car at Silverzone car park on numerous occasions through Holiday Extras. Everything went as expected except key collection on return to collect my car. There were the usual queues to collect the keys. Should there be an automated system to collect the keys similar to that when the car keys were deposited ?

Everything was as good as expected. Very helpful with a problem I had changing the vehicle I had originally booked. I would definitely book again. Clear instructions and notifications. It was one less worry as we were a party of 8 in two cars. All went smoothly thank you.

The car park staff were lovely. However, there weren’t enough busses and we had to wait half an hour to leave the car park and on our return we had to wait half an hour to get back to the car park as only one bus was running. Not ideal at 2am in the morning.
