We moved from our original hotel to the sister hotel on the advice of a txt from Thomas Cooke because of noisy building work next door the receptionist explained that our balcony was facing the rear of the hotel and not a nice view my partner was upset about this so I asked if we could change to a better one she changed us and then charged me £95 not happy

I have used holiday extras several times they have also been very helpful, on the last trip when I booked my car in twice for the same time and day, I phoned the contact No all was sorted quickly. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Car parking booked at Bristol Airport - on airport but still needed a bus transfer. Very efficient check in and collection process for dropping my car off. Good to see cameras filming my car on arrival to log the condition of it.

all was fine except, the time on dashboard was set to 00:00:00 so someone was playing with it, and also date was set to one day back. My previous parking experience at Luton car park with Holiday Extras was much worse, as cash was stolen from my car, and also cup holder is (broken) jammed so i cant use it anymore. Staff just told me that it wasn't them as all employees have CBR check done, and that I can can police if I want. Utter disappointment.

The car was still in the location we left it , very close to the door which was very welcome after having been delayed almost 3 hrs and arriving home in the very early hours in the bitter cold. We did have to wait approx 20mins for a bus and we were very cold. The first one that came could not take all the people waiting. It was only half the size of the one that came second. If it had been the other way around no-one would have been left standing in the cold.

Getting to airport and parking was made easy by holiday extras. Staff were friendly and quick so we could be on our way to the airport and were just as quick when we arrived back to pick up our car.

The new facilities at Bristol Airport are very good. Even though it is really busy and it looks like you will be there a long time, you are not! It's so quick and easy and the return experience is just as good.

It was unclear what carpark as we had a discount code when we previously booked and as such had to pay an extra £43 when we arrived home. We fly regularly from Bristol but will not be booking parking with holiday extras again.

Everything was spot on. We found where to go as it was well signposted and very close to the airport. Staff were great too cannot recommend Silver Zone parking in Bristol enough. The bus to take us back to our car was very full but another one came along in 5 minutes. So simple to use and would use again.
