Actually went very well, considering I couldn't remember if I'd made a booking, and even worse I couldn't find the email! The website had a count down until our holiday, helpful, so now I know I have made a booking!

No the car battery was flat due to the inside light left on when it was driven by a member of staff at the silver zone car park. If I rebook again I will inform staff to ensure they check due to this causing inconvenience on our return trip.

Staff were really helpful and polite. On my return to Bristol my car battery was flat so I went back to reception thinking I would need to phone a breakdown service. I told a staff member of my predicament and on filling out a very simple form I was told to go back to my car and assistance would be with me soon. Within two minutes of arriving back at my car a staff member jump started the car for me and I was on my way.

I think one of the best carpark. Easy to find, not to far from the airport. Haven't been long time ago in this carpark and I was surprised how much is improved, nice reception area clean and tidy. Staff was very efficient and helpful. I can recommend to everyone.

Everything went to plan. Easy on entry. Polite when dropping off the keys. Easy to park and board the bus. On return a bus was waiting so waited for it to fill up. 5mins to pick up keys and politely explained where the car was. Easy to exit. Stress free as long as you leave yourself plenty of time

Despite recent bad reviews we have used the Silver Zone Parking facilitates twice in the last two months both occasions with no problems dropping off car and collection very smooth efficient service excellent staff pleasant and well presented having used the Silver Zone for the last few years we are loving the new facilities will be booking again for the end of Feb see you then

Staff helpful not sure where you parked my car for the w weeks mud on wheel arches and lots of condensation in the car which is just 1 year old and we do not normally have a condensation problem

Id like to collect my car ,parked as close as possible bus drop off at silver zone.....yesterday was very cold weather and I did long walk around othets plenty cars ,after that finally I have found my car. My car has been stayed there 7 days....not 2-3......so.......

Excellent service. Clean premises , efficient & friendly staff. Only comment would be that the exit sign from the section immediately behind the collection point was limited to a small sign on the gate and caused confusion for at least three cars who initially couldn’t find the way out in the dark. More signage in this area would be good.
