Our flight arrived at 23.25 at Bristol. I phoned to enquire whether I would need to book an additional day in case I didn't get to the silver zone until after midnight and was told yes I needed to. When I enquired at the car park itself they said I didn't need to have paid for the extra day. Your staff should be better informed.

Car Parking at Bristol Airport for one weekend (end January). Very courteous and professional staff made the experience operate smoothly. I would certainly consider using this again, but - of course - I would also consider other competitors, and price will probably be a factor.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent staff, excellent weather, excellent service. Food was excellent and entertainment was also good. There was a free return shuttle bus service to the nearby dunes on a daily basis and was a huge bonus for us. Will definitely return.

love the new facilities. on arrival back could have done with buses coming more frequently, we were out in the rain as first bus in was filled up with people in our queue ahead of us, seemed quite a wait for next bus 15 mins or so. 27th 01 about 1pm

Positive comments. Staff very efficient and polite with a good turnaround of customers. Not so positive. Car park not very clearly marked out , good marking on ground but needs signs on posts or a map of car park showing positions of spaces . When given your key would be good to have space number printed because with a lot on your mind it’s easy to forget. Biggest disappointment was coming out of the airport to find a cues of people stretching from silver zone pickup point past the long stay pickup point. People thought there was two cues and started to walk past the long stay to be told by irate customers that they were trying to push in , thought there was going to be trouble. No staff in sight. Did tack a photo of the size of the cues all stood in the cold and rain some with young children. Shame not able to add picture so you could see the size of the cue . On my return home this was the last thing I wanted or expected and think it’s totally unacceptable.

Everything went absolutely great despite or return flight being delayed by an hour. The key collection process in particular was quick and the staff were polite and friendly. A long walk to pick up the car but this is a minor issue and to be expected occasionally given the size of the site. One possible solution to alleviate this is for cars to be moved closer to the reception desk on the day of arrival. On this occasion the weather was fine but it may have been a different story had it been raining heavily.
