Really simple, straight forward and helpful staff

Considering the idea is that you park in a bay and then someone moves the car for you to a more secure location (that turned out to be yards max) I don't really appreciate getting back to the car at with a long drive to do and find the seat moved completely. It was moved back, reclined and the headrest was moved. It's my car, frankly my own comfort is more important than the staff member who will drive it yards once. Also the passenger seat was moved equally dramatically. For some reason the passenger side seatbelt was secured to the drivers side, meaning it was stretched across the entire passenger seat. This is annoying, and considering the price, I expect to get back to my car without it being altered at all.

Would have prefered after arriving 4.5 hours before check in to have got in on time and not had to wait outside the door for an hour! But a provided toilet roll would have softened the blow! Toilet not as clean smelling as I would have expected. I can understand reception being closed around the middle of the day but no access through the front door was an inconvenience for someone with multiple sclerosis. Where were the bins? Some info in the room about bins, entrances and exits would have been appreciated! On the plus side we loved Simon the Crystal rep! PS the only option being YES or NO below forces me to put NO when I really wanted to put maybe for booking with Hol Ext again.

The busses were over crowded and there was no help for disabled people and those with children. Staff were around but not responsive.

Silver Zone parking at Bristol Airport was as slick as ever, with hardly any wait for buses or booking in/out. The car was easily parked and in the same place on our return. Exiting from the car park was swift and simple.

Description of car park service did not explain the difference between flexi and non flexi. Assumed that flexi meant changes or cancellations could be made , but was still charged cancellation insurance.

On returning we were told that staff had noticed we apparently had a slow puncture. They had pumped up the tyre to check and had moved the car next to the reception for our convenience. The staff were very helpful.

All staff very friendly and helpful, beds in the hotel very hard like sleeping on a rock ( maybe this is why it's called the rock hotel ). Apart from that very pleasant stay.

Staff at the Silver Zone car park at Bristol Airport were outstanding,we had a problem starting our car on our return journey home & they did every thing possible to make sure we were comfortable while we waited for the AA.

Silver zone parking .New check in building,bigger and with toilets. Definately improvement. My only critisism would be that the signage wasn't very clear to show which direction to drive up and down( one way ? ) the parking bays .

Booking was quick & easy,Check in was fairly quick but then it was January, we got straight on the transfer bus.On our return the bus was waiting outside, so for us all ran smoothly.
