The silver parking was good - points for improvement - put signs up clearly asking to remember the bay you park in on arrival - this wasn’t clear and I was told to go back out and confirm, given I had 4 cases a car seat & 2 children this wasn’t helpful! The bus was way too full on the wAy it was 3-5pm in Friday - more busses required at peak times. On our return Friday 10.30 ish travel was good and getting key was quickly

on our return. our car was not parked in the disabled bay. we could not find anyone to get it as there was no way back into the building because it was to busy.it was parked almost at the back.it was dark and late.so we were not very happy

I traveled by myself with a 3yr old staff on arravial were polite and ensured I had help with my suitcase and pushchair! They said on return they would park my car close so I could get to it however this was not the case.

Flights - Ryan Air seat booking is not acceptable incurring an additional charge of £10 for my wife and I to sit together on flight out and although I paid an additional £10 on the flight back we still were not able to secure seats together. While you continue to use them do not expect me back as a customer. Hotel - Clean and basic - its really a 2* with some 3* areas. Pool area good, they were flexible allowing us to book half board as we required and the food was good, Staff were very friendly. BUT décor very old and showing definite signs of wear and tear. The rooms do not look they have every had an upgrade. The WiFi at the Hotel was expensive at 5E per day or 1E per 15 mins and unexpected as in most hotels aspiring to 3* and above these days the WiFI is included. Airport Transfers went without a hitch. on time and efficient. Booking process - On my original booking I had booked a room with a sea view. but due to flights from Birmingham not being available and we were traveling within 3 days I had to go via an operator who told me there was no room on the Birmingham flights and rearranged them from Bristol. In the process my room booking was changed from a sea view to a standard room. In this case overlooking a car park and facing a breeze block wall. It cost me another 50E to get the hotel to give me a sea view room. An unwelcome additional expense. Especially as the rebooked holiday was £70 more expensive than the original holiday would have cost. So overall the additional cost were £140 more than your website gave in the 1st place. So I paid more but got less. So much for booking your holidays via the web.

Acylene and roberto went above their call of duty , don’t get me wrong all the staff were great but those two stood out for me . The rooms were fantastic , food was great and the whole journey was hassle free .

Good and efficient, but disappointingly expensive for a 5 day stay, even with the 15% off which seems to be offered to everyone. You run the risk of pricing yourselves out of a highly competitive sector.

Even though there was a huge queue for the bus when we arrived at airport due to our flight being delayed and 3 flights arriving together we only had to wait five minutes for transfers as two buses came within minutes of exchange other

Car parking in silver zone worked like clockwork. Aspire plus was excellent once we arrived, it would have been helpful to understand that we could not gain entry until after we had checked in which reduces the time the facilities are available, but we understand why it works that way now.

We're due to fly 19th with KLM but hard frost and another 6" snow, road just sheet ice. Couldn't get to airport so no holiday. Wanted to say your representative I spoke with to explain, could not have been more sympathetic or efficient. Would definitely travel with your company again.

I have never had such a fantastic customer experience with holiday parking. Our car had failed to start so they could not move it for us for our return, they were genuinely concerned for us and as it was late we didn’t want to wait for breakdown team so opted to wait until morning. They took us to a hotel then arranged to pick us up next morning. Our hotel was a good half hour away but it was absolutely no trouble. My wife an I are in awe for the help and efficiency they gave us and we can’t thank the team at silver zone Bristol enough I would never ever use another parking facility at Bristol airport after this positive experience

Going out was great very efficient, return journey no one at counter had to go around to outgoing side to be told we should be the other side. When told no one there they gave us our keys. I know they were busy but could of been a bit pleasanter

When my car was moved someone had gone through my things in the car there was a few things on the drivers seat. My daughter hair band hair clip and some coins that was in a pot in the car I used for parking.

Car parking Silver Zone. Very few staff on duty for incoming flights making it slow. Poor map/signage for parking areas. Longer walk to vehicle than usual. Otherwise fine, good bus service both ways but you really need a shelter outside the airport for people waiting in cold/wet conditions.
