Awful! I was not aware that my car would be moved and driven by someone else. When I returned, the handbrake was pulled on so tightly I had to get assistance to release it!

The new Reception is excellent and the transfer buses also. Although difficult logistically, it would be nice to find that, upon returning, one's car was parked as close as possible to Reception. The staff have always been helpful - I've been using Silver Zone for many years. Also everything has always gone smoothly. The new Reception has virtually eliminated the queues which used to be the only bugbear at busy times in the old facility. The "bendy" buses have also improved comfort during transfers with less over crowding.

We arrived took 2 mins to book in , bus was outside ready to go straight to airport. On return bus was ready to leave straight to collect car , 2 mins to collect key and off we went home . Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The Silver parking at Bristol was very efficient. No queues and plenty of staff. Brand new facilities had been built since we last flew from Bristol a couple of years ago. We saw a bus leave as we came out of Arrivals, but thankfully the next one was only a few mins later.

Very helpful staff .I realised I had left my mobile in the car when I had got to the airport so I had to get the shuttle back to the car and the driver radioed ahead for them to get the car key ready for me .

Reception modern and clean, including toilets. Reception staff friendly and efficient upon arrival and return. Shuttle bus wait was less than 3 minutes to depart on both ends of the journey. Great service.

Everything went smoothly. It wasn't clear to me that it was off-site parking with a courtesy bus transfer. As I'd left plenty of time and the buses were frequent, this wasn't a problem. Clearer guidance on how much time to allow would have been useful.

This is my first visit since the upgraded facilities and I was very impressed with speed and efficiency of the staff. Car park lighting and surfacing is also much improved. I have used this service before and would definitely use it again.

Registration number T470 LKJ While we were away the car was moved. It was left unlocked and the door was not shut properly. As a result the interior lights were left on and we returned to a flat battery. The starter van was there very quickly so the only thing I am upset about was that the car was left unsecured. We were better off than some. They could not find their car. I am sure they will let you know about it!

Fantastic week. Gorgeous hotel first class service, with excellent variety of food Friendly courier, knowledgeable local guide, excellent driver. Delayed flight at the end of the holiday, but well handled by local staff and gave us an extra day in paradise!!!
