The price seemed to go up by the week because of family illness we could not book confirm travel dates.On collecting keys the staff I spoke to a young man possible with oriental family history needs to improve his customer service skills as very abrupt as I had to ask him to repeat my car a location as I am a little hard of hearing and in my 70s

When we first arrived at the car park they had a problem finding the details for the booking..but they sorted everything very quickly the only thing I would say is it would be better if you were given a map as a guide when collecting the car.

Very well managed car park. The return wait for the bus was a while and I think the driver was going for a world record for how many he could squash in but overall everything went smoothly

The carpark was ok. The transfer by bus took 20 mins from the airport which was due to heavy traffic. There was a huge queue with people with tiny children very cold waiting for a second possibly a 3rd bus. . We waited 20 mins as the first was full. The queue for bigger and bigger. God knows what the people at the back would have done.

15 minute wait for bus on return. Large queue. Crowded bus. No one on reception when bus arrived at pick up point (all working with customers dropping off cars). Our car was a long walk from the reception.

A little disappointed this time with the length of wait for bus after checking in we waited for over 20 minutes then 2 buses arrived together. I thought maybe it was when staff changed over at 6 am we have never waited this long before

We had a great experience parking in the silver zone for Bristol airport! When we arrived there was hardly any wait to drop off keys and staff were really friendly and understanding when I realised I had left the passports in the car and had to run back! Again on the way back we realised that I had booked for a much later collection time then necessary and a quick call before we took off meant this was sorted for when we landed an hour later. Would highly recommend!
