We don’t think it’s car parks fault but to many flights going out & comming back at same time so not enough buses running to many people waiting altogether

Arrived to collect the car which was nice and prompt as it was at midnight but once got to the car and found it unlocked. Went back to the desk to let them know and ask how long the car had been there. The lady didn’t know, she took my name and apologised and said she would tell the manager who wasn’t around. Booking the car in and collecting was easy but not very reassuring that the car was left unlocked and how long it had been there left unlocked! Shame really!

Great drop off in silver zone real quick to get in park up and drop off keys bus waiting outside jump on 5mins in airport back after a week and same again bus outside 10 mins back at silver zone ( traffic at 13 30 ) walked in to get keys and 10 mins I was leaving will defo be using you again was not the first time I used silver zone but I must say new office and better layout ment it was alot quicker than before thanks you

Parking drop off all very simple, pick up could be improved by writing the car location on a card to be handed to the owner on return - with a possible simple map on the back to assist.

Parking Bristol Airport 28th May-8th June I parked in Silverzone whilst on a trip to Valencia. When I collected my car yesterday evening (08/06/18) the seat settings had been significantly altered. I understand that moving the seat back and forth to accommodate drivers of differing heights is necessary but I think altering the rake and height of the seat is unnecessary. I could have put up with this but it's not all that was changed. The radio presets had been changed to stations I never listen to which was intensely irritating requiring me to set them up again. Finally, the satnav settings had also been changed, again requiring me to spend time resetting them. Whoever had moved my car had just randomly fiddled around with the controls in a way that is entirely unacceptable. When I leave my car with you I expect to get it back in the state I left not to have spend time reconfiguring it. This is very poor service and does not encourage me to use your services again. I look forward to hearing from you.

Took almost half an hour of queuing to drop off the car (at 4am). Really disappointed at poor quality car wash that I paid £30 for - this standard is not acceptable. On the plus side, really lovely (female) bus driver on the way back from the airport on 8/5/18

On arrival back to Bristol the car was parked and we found flat battery. This is the second time this has happened at Silver Zone. The car is obviously not switched off fully. I will not be using Silver Zone again as a flat battery is the last thing you need to find when you return from a holiday feeling quite tired.

Travelled from Bristol ...price of 7 days parking has gone up significantly over the last couple of years which I appreciate has been spent on the new building at Silverzone however haven't increased frequency of buses to terminal so waits & crowding esp at peak times are unacceptable on return to UK I also have limited mobility but do not have a disabled badge but do request on booking that my car is parked as near as possible which does not often happen would help if requests were actioned

Simple to drop off the car and ditch the keys, bit of a panic when we got to the desk as there was a rather large queue but it went down pretty quickly! When we collected the keys the service was great- and we didn’t need to walk too far to get the car. Would recommend.

Booked through yourself we have never travelled to bristol and parked in silver zone, was so organized great to get to on way back there was a large queue but was dealt with very quickly and efficiently will certainly use holiday extras again.

Just back from a wonderful weekend in Cannes, staying at the Five Seas Hotel. Our room was stunning, with a balcony and the rooftop bar/restaurant/pool is one of the best places to hang out. Staff really friendly and food amazing. Not the cheapest holiday ever, but it is Cannes. Will definitely be returning.

The experience was good from booking on line until I left Silver Zone to travel home. There was a large queue on arrival, but the staff dealt with this rapidly, but still with a friendly smile! I have already booked for my next trip.
