Staff were helpful, quick and efficient both ways. Would be useful if slip with bay reference could be handed to customer when key returned. Whilst I remembered the letters I forgot the figure and had to walk up the line till I found the car. Quite a few people were similarly looking around.

Everything went very well. The only thing that could be improved upon, as a very mature couple, is for the collection location to be applied to the key. Normally my memory is OK, but arriving back at Bristol at 4am after a flight delay of over 3 hours and no sleep I had difficulty remembering 'CO28'.

Nice and simple, no hassle. Despite a queue, served promptly outgoing and on return, great friendly service. No problems finding a parking space on arrival and easy to find afterwards. Regular bus to airport too. No issues at all.

When we arrived out room was not as we had paid for so we paid for an upgrade to seaview and contacted super escapes and complained to get the £140 they charged us but the view we were supposed to get cost us €320 so not happy they are misleading people...as for the hotel,staff ,food,pool & beach we couldn't fault it and would go there again

It's easy to book online, it's cheaper and my car details are stored so I don't have to enter them each time. My car was near the new parking hub so it was easy to find. My only criticism is the spaces are too small and the aisles not far enough apart. I can see people complaining about dents and scratches in the future.
