We cancelled the holiday due to a family bereavement and informed holiday extra of this. All other companies that made up our holiday were very helpful and understanding of our personal circumstances, holiday extra weren’t Interested. Others gave us an immediate refund, holiday extra refused, not even asking for the reason why. In sending us this after holiday email just proves Holiday extra lack any understanding and because of this can’t see the point of raising a complaint.

All good, quick check in at the start, minimal wait for the bus to the airport. Returning from the airport to car park was great, no waiting for a bus, however there was a long queue of people waiting to get their keys back which ended at the bus stop, the queue moved down relatively quickly but had it been raining, a lot of people would have got wet.

On arriveing at Bristol airport in February and getting to holiday extra car park we were met by snow and very icy conditions staff gave us the car keys said the car was that way and left us to it, you could not see the parking numbers on the ground due to weather conditions and the car had been moved to an isolated spot that had totally frozen the car behind a snow drift and on freezing slippery ground. 20 minutes later we managed to exit the car park and head home. The staff must have known what the conditions were like but no helpful advice or what to do if we have a problem.

The booking for parking at Bristol was all easy and a very good price but it did not appear that fundamentals like car reg and driver name passed from holiday extras system to silver parking system. Fortunately I found booking reference on an email otherwise....

On return I collected the key and was given directions to where it was parked. Because of the attendants accent this was not very clear and I spent a while dragging two suitcases around the car park. It would be useful to write down the reference on a piece of paper for the customer.

Very efficient both when we deposited car and collected it. Never seem to need to walk far to reception or to where car has been parked on return. Will be interesting to see how things go in high season!

This has always been an excellent service. Have used them for years .... not on a regular are basis as we are not frequent flyers! The Sliver Parking at Bristol is an excellent service, especially since there has been so much disruption recently in the on-site car park. Your service is great. My suggestion? Keep the prices lower than everyone else and you have my custom!

Well managed and smooth process took the stress out of parking before our flight. The holiday extras representative I spoke to (Abbie Whitton) was really understanding and helpful as initially our flight was cancelled in March so she rearranged the parking for us when we rebooked.

Yes all fine we didn’t have to wait long for the bus, we had a disabled person so we ask that the car be left reasonably near the entrance, which they did.

Key hand in/ reclaim was good and quick. a separate route for the transfer bus to the airport would be good, as anyone in a rush for the flight would not need to be held up in the single lane by the queued public traffic going into the airport

Booking couldn't have been simpler. Clear directions to the car park were provided, as well as instructions of what to do on arrival. Staff were friendly and efficient. Pick up on way home was also very easy. Would definitely use again.

We arrivedback in Bristol after midnight to find there had been an error regarding our rerun flight time (as well as that of some other travellers). This meant our car had not been parked ready for us to leave so We had to wait for this to be done. While waiting someone else from our flight came into the collection office to say when they had got to their vehicle they found iit to be unlocked. The staff were all very helpful.
