We experienced the longest check in queues we have ever had in all the years we've been coming. Not much good having a nice new building if it isin't staffed correctly.

Staff very helpful , bit hofxified at the length of the queue outside terminal building , but 2 buses came almost at same time so was cleared within 8 mins ,the staff at the other end were really speedy in giving out keys and information and the bus drivers were really nice and helpful

The parking was very smooth and the procesd very quick. The staff were helpful and friendly. If i had to recommend an improvement it would br to put on additional silver zone buses as the one we used was crammed full.

The only improvement i would say is to make sure you have enough staff on duty especially on return to UK as we had to Q outside the entrance doors as at 1st only 1 x member of staff on duty til she called to other side for help.......

Bristol Airport is very expensive I think, but Holiday Extras is a little bit cheaper. So if I have to fly again from Bristol Airport I will probably use Holiday Extras if you are still the cheapest. Car was automatically recognised at the parking entrance barrier. Quite a long queue on return to the car park.

Although on arrival there were quite a few people waiting to book their cars in there were enough staff on hand to make sure that there was no delay in booking in my car and we got to the airport in plenty of time to check in.

Silver Zone parking at Bristol Airport used to be quite chaotic and then they built their new reception building. Unfortunately it is still chaotic. There is a lot more room now but this just means there is more space to queue. The queues are ridiculously long because they do not properly manage the number of staff dealing with customers both on check-in and collection. It really spoils what could be a quick, smooth and enjoyable experience. In time, perhaps, someone with some organisational skills will put this right.

The waiting for the transfer bus has become a long wait, and then once it arrives can become extremely busy, so you are mainly standing only, there are a couple of roundabouts to main terminal, which means you get thrown around, there are hand straps to hold on to, if you are lucky enough to be able to reach them. If your above 5ft 3ins your be OK.

One section of the bus could be stand only & easier for those of us with very large cases as lifting then shoulder height is not possible. Very quick & friendly & efficient service when we returned to pick up our keys. Not so helpful or friendly when we dropped off & no offer of a valet on the car although it was advertised... a more friendly welcome & upbeat approach may have persuaded me to have a valet !! Otherwise I was impressed how smooth it all went. Well done & thank you

Everything worked as we had been told it would, good signage easy parking and speedy transfer to the airport. Our flight was delayed but even in the early hours of the morning there were regular transfers and plentiful staff to return keys.

Carpark easy to find. Staff very pleasant. Dealt with queues very quickly. Perhaps a better way of storing keys so easier to find on return. Going though so many keys in a box wasn't easy.

On departure everything was fine. However, on our return flight to Bristol, there was a huge queue and wait for the transit bus to take us to Silver Zone Car Park. Our flight was not early, Silver Zone should have been prepared for the flight's arrival and made sure enough buses were available to collect from the airport.

Leaving the car was excellent - building, staff & bus journey 10 but on return my car was @ the furthest point from the building. With a knee replacement, large case & a walking stick, it was too far & not what I thought I had paid for.
