Disappointed that the new reception building is already proving to be inadequate......we had to queue up outside to reclaim car key on our return journey. Fortunately, it was dry and warm, but had it been wet and windy, we would have been soaked. Needs to be addressed before winter.

Extremely smooth process from start to finish, made so by the very friendly and very competent staff. Drive in, park, hand over the keys, get the bus. Go on holiday, get the bus, hand over the receipt, get the keys and the bay number, go home. I arrived back on a full bus and thought I would be ages, but more staff appeared, and I was on my way in no time.

Everything was spot on. We drove into the grounds and pulled up to the gate where cameras all round the car took a photo, for proof of how your car was when you arrived. The facilities were clean and fresh and the staff were nice and friendly.

Used the service previously.It is a very efficient and professional service with easy access and signposting. Staff are courteous and professional and are able to deal with large numbers effectively. Bus service to and from the terminal is continuous and only takes a couple of minutes. Only room for improvement is in the cost of the service.

I don't see how you can improve. Everything went smoothly but when I couldn't find my booking on my phone there was a slight delay as it couldn't be found by other means for a couple of minutes.

Easy to park, although big queue at reception to book car in. On return no problem, fast efficient service, although got stuck at exit Barrier. Maybe clearer signs of hiw to use favility at barrier could be helpful.

Good experience. A good improvement would be to have the parking areas displayed on the posts as well as the ground so it’s clearer to find your vehicle on the way to collect your car on the return journey.

I think your price for parking for four days is excessive. When we returned to Bristol we had to wait for 5 buses before we could get on which is not acceptable in view of your charges.

Overcrowded airport - car park shuttle bus with driver forcing more people on is not good when everyone has luggage at their feet. Why do car park check-in staff ask questions like what time does your return flight land when you have already provided flight details when booking on-line.
