Found parking space fairly quickly at 5am. Not very many staff on duty to take car keys so slower than I expected. Return bus to Silver Zone took 20 minutes to arrive at the bus stop that has no roof. It was threatening to rain but fortunately it did not. Key return system worked well. Not always clear which way to take to the exit.

Everything went very smoothly - no issues. Happy to recommend and will definitely use again. One suggestion - more storage for suitcases needed on the bus, seats were available, but could not be accessed due to blockage of aisle.

Reception staff helpful. Was surprised to find person moving the car had adjusted position of the seat, the rake of the seat and even the height of the steering wheel. Must have been a very short but large person. All had to be re-adjusted , which at nearly Midnight, after a 5 hour delay was something I could have done whithout. Silver Zone is not really convenient for people who want to stay at the airport hotel.

came back at 1.30am long queues for the transfer coaches then long queue to collect keys when I got to my car found both front seats pushed forwards and sun roof left wide open [good job it had not rained]

Very efficient service. Might be helpful if customers collecting their car keys on return were given a small card or disc with the letter and number of the space where their car is parked so they don’t forget what the office has verbally told them! However the new control centre is excellent and the transfer buses seem reliable. In our experience, a big improvement.

The last time I used the silver zone car park.it was a porta-cabin. Staff and book in first class.return was also very efficient dealing with two full bus loads very quickly..

Having never used Bristol airport before, I found the car parking facilities did meet my expectations. Service prompt, shuttle bus service was good and on the return journey, without flight being delayed, there was a scramble to get in to the reception area from the shuttle bus but thankfully there was sufficient numbers of staff available to hand back our car keys and get on our way home.

The only slight complaint I could make is lack of staff at the collection desk. I was on an incoming plane after a thirty six hour delay and we all had to pay extra because of that leading to hold ups. The staff must have been aware of our situation and having to queue to get our car keys just added insult to injury.

Very easy and straightforward service from Silver Zone parking at Bristol airport. On return there was a very large queue for the shuttle bus but very frequent buses meant it only took 5 minutes to get on a bus. Will definitely use next time. Thank you,

Going out was very easy coming back bus driver told us to get on a very packed bus when clearly was not enough room trying to hold babies standing up and cases especially when the driver drove erratically in my opinion and a old lady nearly falling and then to find the car had been moved to way back in the car park

Efficient drop off desk and parking space within comfortable walk. On returning think I misheard the parking space walked to CG06 to have to return to the office to be told clearly it was in CG66. Still didn't take long - would happily use again

First time using Silver Zone -was'nt sure of the process when i arrived - but was talked through it by a very helpful person at the reception/checking desk and on departure i found i had a flat battery on returning to reception 'Peter' was sent along with his charger and we were homeward bound within minutes
