All went smoothly and according to plan. Staff pleasant and helpful. The only criticism is that on returning to the UK late at night - too many people were crammed uncomfortably into the bus taking us to the Silver Zone.

From the day I booked until I picked up my key the process went so smoothly. Buses are laid on to take you to and from the airport. It’s a no brainier.

Seemed like there were about people in the queue for the bus. Had to wait for about 20 minutes in the blazing sunshine before a bus turned up, then only half the people could get on. So we had to wait again. Surely you know how many people are arriving at any time & can accommodate

When I returned to pick my car up it had been severely damaged. The valet parker has crashed the car next to mine into the side wiping out both front and back wings of my car and the front corner of the other car. He then said ‘oh it’s only a little scratch’ before claiming he didn’t know how it had happened. Absolutely would never use this parking again or recommend it to anyone. I will now have to go through the hassle of attempting to get it fixed through the car parking insurance, assuming they don’t manage to wriggle out of claiming responsibility somehow.

Much improved and attractive Silver Zone. Maybe people could be advised that only the driver needs to queue as there were whole groups of people with all their cases in the queue on the day we arrived. Perhaps they were confused by the sign that says check in and thought they could drop their cases?

Check in Lady was a bit brusque & couldn't understand where we had parked the car for quite a while. journey back to carpark standing with luggage on a large bendy bus was not pleasant. Smaller buses have been better. Check out great

Everything went very smoothly from arriving at the barrier to driving out on our return couldn't fault it at all staff were quick and efficient. We walked from bus straight to desk and within 1 minute we were heading for our car we will be using silver zone next time
