Everything went smoothly, we parked our car and went straight in with our key to be served straight away by a very happy lady. Again on our return , No waiting around for our key as we were served straight away. Excellent service. Will Definitely be using your service again.

The new building at the parking is very nice and the drop off and collection was was smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful. The transfer bus drivers were cheerful and helpful. Can’t really ask for more. Great experience

I found the service easy to use online and it was easy to make the booking. When it came to traveling, the service was smooth and hassle free. I will definitely be using this service again.

Everything was perfect. An amazing villa with spectacular pool. Gorgeous The only disappointment was that everything was a bit further away than we’d realised so we had to drive everywhere.

I am a disabled driver, it was very to park and parked in an easy place for us to collect. I made an error when inputting the collection time, which you are unable to change. I mentioned this on arrival and told this wasn’t an issue. we arrived back 2 hour late, which wasn’t an issue for you. Thank you, a great service

Initial parking signs were not very good and we ended up parking in the collection area, then had to move when we realised we were in the wrong place. The signs were directing to Exit rather than parking.

Although it was very busy, the staff dealt with the holiday makers in a very efficient way, and we didn't have to queue for long! The bus on the outgoing journey was there as soon as we had handed over our car and on the journey back we only waited a few minutes. The only small critisism would be that our car was quite a distance from the reception area when we got back.

Having used holiday extras several times before we found the experience as good as ever dropping off went smoothly as did the picking up. Despite the very early flight out the young lady who had been on duty for hours was as cheerful and helpful as we had experienced before . Well done and thanks

I was disappointed that I contacted you before travelling to query the actual amount paid - but received no reply. In essence I was quoted £63 to park for my car but when I booked it had gone up to £75 - I simply wanted acknowledgement that this was because I had delayed for 24 hours... A cor test call would have been appreciated..

We were given the wrong space number on our return and spent 30 minutes trying to find our car in the rain. We finally gave up and went back to the office where after another 10 minutes or so we were given the correct number. It left us somewhat angry and frustrated.

Easy drop off, just parked in a bay outside and handed the keys in. We were given a receipt that we handed in upon collection and our keys were retrieved quickly, and we were directed to our car. All done within 10 minutes.
