Very smooth operation, stress free and easy, polite and helpful staff. Car had a flat battery upon return, this wasn't a problem as staff gave me a jump start within quarter of an hour. Very pleased with this service, will definitely use again.

We always book he Silver Car Park at Bristol through holiday extra, it’s usually quick and easy to do. We did however have trouble with our car hire through holiday extras when we got to Dublin. You charged us for insurance which you should have know we would not be able to use as all the companies in Dublin will only let us use local insurance.

Our car park booking had not been processed, so when we got to there they did not have a record of it. Luckily I had a copy of the email confirmation with me to prove the booking.

The car parking was perfect the advance lounge booking a total waste of money, arrived at booked time & told we could no go in & no refund. But we could go in at 10.40, 15 minutes into our flight time. Absolutely disgrace con.

Start process was easy, parked straight away and checked keys in. Returning was a nightmare with traffic and waiting 20mins for a bus for first one then 8 mins for the second due to it being full and people pushing in cramming the first bus against health & safety policies. At collection car had been moved which wasn’t informed but wasn’t damaged and parked without issues. Left on my return home as straight forward as arrived.

Airport parking Z053N When collecting my car from the Silver Zone I found that the doors were not locked and the battery was flat, and air conditioning left running this is was caused by incorrect parking. The SUZUKI has an inbuilt close down system operated by the electronic key. Had the car been locked properly it would have not caused me ebarassment of complaining to the car security office who organised an on site relief battery jump start

We have used the Silver Zone at Bristol Airport on a number of occasions and every single time everything could not have gone smoother. Check-in and check-out are very simple and quick. There are toilets and departure screens in the check-in area. Staff are friendly and efficient, irrespective of what time of day it is and there is always a bus available right away. Sometimes the bus can be a bit overcrowded. The car is always there on arrival and we have never experienced any damage or loss.

Awaiting response from the complaints department as it appears finger prints are on the material above driver window which was not spotted until leaving the car park. Unable to clean until there is an idea what caused it to prevent further damage.

Very well organised set up, but I fail to understand the reason why there is a need to leave your car keys and for your car to be moved for you to collect. If you need to park your car yourself and walk to the drop off point, then surely you can simply walk back to the same location in order to leave. In my case, my car was parked further away for collection than when I parked it for drop off. As I said earlier,it's a well run set up but I really fail to grasp the unnecessary complication of someone moving your vehicle.

We had a long wait to drop off the keys and also for the transfer bus to arrive. On returning to pick up the car the desk was unmanned for at least 5 minutes before we could get our keys back.
