Car parking at Bristol Silver Zone was straightforward. Simple check in process an transfers to the terminal are at frequent intervals. On return car pick up was done very easily.

Longish queue at check-in but collecting car was quick and efficient. Did not have to wait long for bus at either end. Staff were fine.

We are very disappointed, our flight was delayed by 2 hours(not your fault) then when we got to car park they couldn’t find our car. We walked up and down the rows of cars looking! We went back to reception and they didn’t seem bothered but sent someone to find it! Half hour later he returned with our car! No apology! As you can imagine with 2 children and our elderly mother this isn’t ideal!

Our car was not ready on our return. An error in the booking system caused the car park to think we were not returning until 5th October. 30 minute delay and confusion. Seeking% refund from you, otherwise extensive adverse publicity re H Extras will follow.

Transfers great, staff efficient and friendly. Improvements could be: e- car park ticket save having to carry and keep safe a paper version and parking the car much closer to the office for those with young children and luggage. I would have taken up the offer of a supplementary valet service also! Also signs exiting car park to remind drivers to drive on the left

Don’t think there is anything you can improve. Drop off was very smooth. It was an early morning flight so very quiet but still a number of staff on duty and ready to sort arrangements. Collection - I think about 6 big flights landed at the same time so did think we would be waiting a while, but with a bus waiting outside - we couldn’t get on this bus as it was full. We only waited less than 10 minutes for another bus which again filled up quickly we went straight to collect the keys for the car in a very clean and tidy reception. There were no signs of the previous bus load and we had our keys and were on our way in 10 minutes. Staff both on drop off and pick up were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Will use again and recommend to friends.

The drop off and collection process went very smoothly. The new car parking facilities at the Silver Zone are of a very good standard. The shuttle bus is swift and frequent.

Apart from the upheaval caused by improvements for the future, as usual your well oiled machine smoothed the way, good staff and facilities plus a smooth flow to the airport and upon our return to the UK same efficiency in reverse.

The whole process was speedy and efficient from initial booking to leaving the car park on return from holiday. My booking was completed speedily and confirmed by email in seconds. The team at Silver Parking was courteous and the check in process was fast and efficient. A bus was waiting to take us to the departure point. On return a bus picked us up within five minutes of exiting the terminal and the car was ready and waiting for us to return home. Outstanding in every respect.

Everything went smoothly, directions on entering the car-park were good, and the staff were helpful. The only 'downside' was that it took much longer than I had expected between arriving in the car-park and eventually getting to the airport terminal - certainly well over half an hour, probably more like 40 minutes, because of first finding a parking space, then unloading luggage and walking back to the reception building, queuing to be seen by the staff because a lot of other people arrived at the same time, and then waiting for the next bus which, having just missed one, meant then waiting another 10 minutes. As it happened, for me, this was not a problem, as I was extra early and also already knew that in any case my flight had been delayed, but if I had been on the last minute, I would have been very stressed and could have missed a plane. It would be sensible to advise customers to allow, say, 45 minutes, between arrival at the car-park and intended arrival at the terminal, to be on the safe side. Otherwise - excellent!!

First class service and lovely new facilities. I just think a tad over priced. Very swift transfers but a little wait on return as quite a few flights returned at the same time and no bus was waiting.

When I booked, I noticed your clear warning that “if your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extra on departure...â€. So, to avoid this, I booked the end time of 23:30pm. Our plane was scheduled to arrive at about 12:30pm. We got to the collection office at about 2:00pm to be abruptly told by the office man “you’re early!†When I said I wasn’t early, the plane was on time. He said “well your cars not ready, we don’t get them until about 2 hours before the expiry time in your bookingâ€. He then went on to pointedly ask “did you make the booking sir?†He asked this twice, clearly blaming me. I explained why I booked until 23:30pm and assumed that they worked to scheduled flight arrival times. I was asked to wait outside and they’ll arrange for the car to be collected- took about 15 minutes. Your booking instructions should state this more clearly. If I had booked expiry time at say 2pm, the car would be ready. If however plane was delayed 2 hours, we would be after expiry time and charged. I await your reply.
