Excellent Silver Zone parking service at Bristol Airport - the directions to the parking area were very easy to follow and the whole transfer from parking to the airport was simple and all in less than ten minutes for us. My only improvement suggestion would be to request that only one person per vehicle needs to check in to leave or pick up a key this would avoid loads of people with cases being in the queue which is unnecessary

The only comment is that the queue at the airport for the silverzone bus is not controlled so people do push in which causes further delay for some people. other than this everything was fine.

Really easy when I arrived to drop car off, transfer bus waiting & only took a few minutes. Key ready on arrival back, easy to find my car. Only thing was postcode given took me to airport rather than car park

No issues with the service from Holiday Extras but the SILVER carpark Bristol is not in a convenient location. The bus service was overly crowded. I would park closer to the terminal in future

My only complaint was that we had to wait a while for a bus to the car park and when one came we got on but not everyone in the queue did... but I guess that is busy school holiday traffic.

Car was not brought to pick up area as described so have to walk in the rain to look for the car whereas it should have been brought close up to a pick up area which is as part of the selling point. Not too happy with that!
