Very happy with Silver zone car parking, have used several times and staff are helpful and buses are frequent. Only problem was using the suggested postcode for the car park. Came from Chepstow Severn Crossing and went well until Bristol when it took us on a very peculiar route using almost B roads until we joined the A38. Next time we shall just follow the signs for Airport and ignore the GPS.

Adds half an hour to journey. The first time our car was waitIng in front of the office. This time we had to take our luggage some distance to the car. The options below only give Yes or No. My reply to the last 2 questions would be “possiblyâ€.

Service was quick and easy I was pleased with how well it was run. I have paid extremely less at other airports but the service made up for it. My only gripe is I was forced to pay the extra £1.99 for the extra 24 hours if there was a delay to only be told at the desk it wasn’t required as there’s a 24 buffer to allow for such delays hence the score of only a 6/10

Car park is relocated all the way round the other side of the airport to where it is on your map. Bus ride is long, very crowded and there’s barely any space for luggage. Staff good with easy drop off and pick up. Could easily save an hour by parking the terminal side of the airport

Hi, The parking was great. Many new improvements have been made. The checking in and collection of car, was a really quick, professional service. If any issue it was that we arrived at night and the signage could be better, once we had entered your site, as it was so different to what I had found before, but a 'project in process'. Well Done.

Easy access, able to find a space quickly. Short queue to hand in keys. Transfer bus was waiting as we left. All went smoothly. On return, a second bus arrived promptly after one had just left, quick journey. Small queue to pick up keys and find car. Again very quick leaving.

Fast booking in, short wait for bus to leave for terminal. On return, bus waiting, swift key collection, car in disabled spot short walk from reception. From landing to leaving silver zone no more than 30 minutes.

We always book with holiday extras when flying abroad. On this occasion we booked The recommended Silver Zone at Bristol Airport. The price was right & the service provided was excellent. There is always a bus waiting when we drop the car off & the same when collecting. If there is any waiting time i have never known it be more than 5 mins. I highly recommend booking through Holiday Extras it is a very simple process.
