Not much to say - Silver Parking convenient but still expensive despite discount given which to be honest was meagre compared to others. However it is Bristol (or other provincial airports) and they ALWAYS seem to have a smaller discount applied. Parking signage at Bristol when collecting late at night is poor as you rely on floor markings - need posts with Bay refs on them to help the customer.

I booked Silver Zone parking at Bristol Airport through Holiday Extras and found it to be faultless. The drop-off and collection went without a hitch and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is close to the airport and well signposted and the courtesy bus drops you off directly outside the airport. Whenever I travel from Bristol I use this car park and highly recommend the service they offer.

Car management aspects were excellent, but people management was not so good. This was the second time we had used the Bristol Airport Silver Zone car park new Reception Building, which does not provide a set down area on arrival for baggage and/or elderly passengers. I saw several elderly folk struggling with heavy baggage from the car parking area to reception. A dedicated set down area with trolleys immediately available would be a huge improvement. The same applies to departure, with trolleys at the coach stop on the other side of the building. The coach arrangements outbound were satisfactory, but on return they were appalling -- simply because there was only one coach when there should have been two. Other passengers helped us with our baggage, but the conditions on board the coach emulated a rugger scrum. This is not a great situation even for the young and fit, but for OAPs it is totally unacceptable. The late arrival of our Ryanair flight may have been a contributing factor, but it is not an excuse.

Easy arrival and check in, although I don’t know why they have to move your vehicle, the space is huge. When we got back the wait for the bus was over 20mins, the queues were very long but a good job that it wasn’t raining as there is no cover. For this reason I will not be using this silver zone car park again. I will look at easier friendlier alternatives.

Easy check in and collection and access to baggage trolleys was a great help. Bus we waiting for us when we came out of terminal. It is a pity that the baggage handlers at Bristol airport are not as good as the car park. Had to wait nearly an hour for bags after clearing immigration.
