The staff were fine but there has got to be a better system than this one because it involves so much queuing- queuing for 20 mins to drop off, queuing for the bus on return and then waiting 10 mins at hrs, queuing to get you car key back. It just defies all logic and sense and I advise everyone to only use it like we go as a very last resort.

Silver Zone at Bristol Airport is easy to find and easy to park and check in. There are frequent buses which stop right outside the Departures terminal. On return it would be nice if the bus could be waiting outside the Arrivals terminal instead of by the Departures terminal, although it is not much of a walk when it is dry.

There was a queue to enter the car park which went out onto the main road. Check in was very busy but there was a lot of staff working at 4 am so as long as you had allowed for this delay it wasn't a problem. Transfer was efficient. On return the wait was not great even though we were late arriving and key collection was prompt. row signage was adequate although it was daylight. This was not the case during the winter as the signage is on the ground and hard to see when it's covered in snow. A few eyeline height indicators would help in the dark.

Information provided by HE not up to usual standards, particularly since first time use of Bristol. Your GPS address showed car park on north side of airport but your instructions said car park on south side. Computer conversation to clear conflicting instructions almost impossible requiring phone call to settle matter. No information given on bussing to terminal from car park and timing involved. However car park facilities good and staff pleasant and helpful.

Have buses waiting to transfer passengers when 3 planes land at the same time due to delays. Other than that all straightforward and no further charges for going over parking due to a delayed flight.

Bristol Airport - Much improved Silver Zone re parking areas, checking in/out (appear to be more staff!) and bus service. Also, one of the employees was kind enough to collect our car and drive it almost to the front door for my disabled father-in-law.

The only criticism I have, is that there is not a clear sign to guide drivers to the disabled parking area. Although we managed to park reasonable close to the reception building, it wasn't until we had already parked that we saw the disabled area. Our car was put into that area for our return, for which we are very grateful. Staff were very polite friendly and helpful.

On arriving at 9/9/2018 I had problem trying to find a parkING space at check in,and when I did the queue to check in centre was so long it took ages to book in, thought I may miss my flight.and on return at 24/9/2018 trying to find my car as it was parked so far away was not easy with my cases, also there was no exit signs,one old sign took me into anther parking zone,I should of been lucky it was not raining
