Drop off and collection areas were clean and tidy as were buses to and from airport which were frequent enough to not form a long queue. Collection area is a little small so queueing outside in the cold and rain due to number of people at collection point at same time.

We used holiday extras for our car parking and in most cases do. There is generally a discount code so price is always competitive. Never had a problem so will continue to use.

We had to wait outside the main building in the rain on arrival on the 09.09.2018 for 45 minutes to enter the building to drop the cars keys. All the main building is new but it is just not good enough. 45 minutes to just drop the keys is too slow.

everything has been greatly improved since we started using this car park. Clear signs as to where to park when arriving & the exit directions now are far better. Helpful staff directions for collection too.

The new reception centre at Bristol silver zone parking is a great improvement. The bus taking us to and from the airport was frequent and quick. The only problem was whoever moved my car to a new bay did not apply the handbrake because the car rolled forward as I loaded the suitcases in the boot. Good job it was on level ground!
