i booked car park 3rd october to 10 october i parked in disabled bay and displayed my badge in window as me and my partner are both disabled my partner has breathing problems and i can not walk far due to back problems and on return our car was parked in ce64 bay which is a long distance from disabled bay so i am not happy with this service we use this car park twice a year mr alfred jordan

Very easy to use website, flight and hotel details came through the next day. The hotel was as described clean and freindly helpful staff. Altogether an easy hassle free experience from love holidays. I have used this company twice now and would recommend this company to anyone looking to book a short break or holiday.

Very stressful booking into the actual Silver zone car park (Bristol). Not enough spaces to drop the car off so my husband had to eventually park in a disabled car park place after driving around several times. The person at the check in did not recognise the booking but was unable to explain very well as she struggled with English. This is in Bristol!!! Not a good way to start a holiday and the key collection at the end was a joke. This is a new facility as well. Have no choice but to use it again if we fly

On return there were only 2 staff members on duty and as a result there was a lengthy queue . They know the busy times and would have thought that they would stafffor this.

Car parking was easy and the shuttle to the terminal was quick although there was a queue when booking in and out the staff got everyone through quickly . On return they gave clear instructions on where to collect your car
