There was a bit of a queue when dropping my car, just two members of staff at the desk, but they did their best to be efficient. On returning to the airport and collecting my car again quite a queue, but staff were doing their best, but when staff were giving their guidance to where there cars were their instructions were not that clear as they were trying to go quick to clear the queue.

Arriving around 3am we waited for the bus a little longer than we have experienced previously and it took longer for the bus to fill before it left for the airport. On returning it was quick and efficient to collect the keys and drive away.

bus was half empty people standing in doorway with suitcases stopping passengers getting on buses driver should inform passengers to move this is not a one off time it happens every time we travel

V convenient and usually efficient . On this occasio, on arrival, long wait for bus at airport and on return to park a full bus load were kept waiting for staff at key collection ( despite driver calling ahead)

Unfortunately my flight was cancelled and I recovered my vehicle approximately 4 hours after parking having decided to cancel my trip due to the loss of at least a day. Staff were very helpful but unfortunately they were unable to offer a refund. The parking for such a short period was too expensive and in fact I was able to hire a car in Edinburgh for just over half the price I paid to park at Bristol.

Staff could not read letter where car parked so we walked a lot trying to find it. It was in CO31 not CD31. Only one bus working on return so had to wait whilst everyone in line packed in

Staff were helpful,but on returning to pick up the car,was told it's was in CQ54 so did not see the the tail on the Q which made it look like a O and walked to the bottom of car park unnecessarily,we then had to back track to the beginning.There should be signs raised in the air,not on the ground for a more efficient collection(.What if it should be frosty or snow on the ground, then the numbers would not be visible.)Has anyone thought about that??? 😡The cost of parking has increased to a ridiculous fee???

everything ran fine apart from having to wait 10 mins at 02.00 in morning for shuttle bus when planes are arriving it would be better to have a couple of shuttles waiting passengers getting a bit stressy No other problems

Check in was extremely efficient and a very prompt transfer to the airport. I'm return though there was a significant delay for a bus to the car park. Several flights had arrived at the same time and the buses couldn't cope with the numbers. Waited approximately 30 mins for a bus. One member was disabled a found standing in a queue difficult.
