Silver Parking at Bristol was seamless both on arrival and departure. We had an issue starting the car on return and this was sorted out very quickly by the staff. Excellent service.

The New set up at Bristol was excellent, i was able to book in and collect my car with ease. the facilities provided e.g. toilets and bus transfer were first class

Hand over as always at Bristol is good however they need more staff on the return of keys desk as the queue was 15 minutes 1 pm ish 30th Oct.

Everything went perfect, easy to find, clear parking, helpful and happy staff, speedy check in, waited 2 mins for the bus to the airport. Return bus waited 5 mins and dropped off right outside the building to collect keys, would use them again if needed.

Arrived at Silver Zone Parking - which was extremely easy to find and well sign posted on the approach. Did as instructed on all signage. Pulled up to barrier, proceeded to drop off zone. Lots of space to park in drop off bays. Got to the check in counter. Operative was friendly and efficient - only issue was my booking reference had an O and a 0 in it right next to each other so we had to work out which way round they were. But this wasn’t her fault and we had a joke about it. Pick up was just as easy! Arrived, handed over the card got my key and full, clear instructions on where to find my car. Great service. Will book again every time we go away from now on!!

Everything was good. I’m not super keen on the customer service interaction when I checked in but I’m sure that’s personality based. Check in and check out was fast. The bus timing was spectacular.

Everything went smoothly. Information provided was spot on. Staff excellent. Very quick and easy transfer to the terminal. It would not have been worth extra cost to park closer as we would actually have had further to walk with our bags.

The pick-up coach was far too rammed packed to the point of being dangerous. Lots of elderly people and children without seats or adequte points to hold on. The driver was insistent upon every one ramming in so he didn't leave anyone behind. Commendable that he didn't want to leave anyone waiting in the cold but very unsafe and uncomfortable for passengers. He did drive very slowly but this was probably because he was aware he was over laden. After collecting our car we passed another of your buses with hardly anyone on. Doubt you would have been insured if there had been an accident. The only reason I have said I will book again is that the service has always been good and we already have another booking.

Everything went really well. Directions to the car park were clear, instructions inside the car park were highly visible, handed our keys over to very helpful staff and the transfer bus was waiting. On return to the car park the staff were again very helpful and speedy and we were on our way in no time. Our car and keys were stored securely. Would definitely use again.

A very smooth and efficient journey both ways. The bus was waiting, it was only a 5 minute ride and we were there. We a 1.30am return flight we were so pleased to see the bus waiting when we got back. The staff were efficient and quickly found keys and we were in our car and on the way home in no time. We will definitely use again.

No record of €6 breakfast deal on arrival booked through this app...but deal was eventually honoured.Good breakfast great and plentiful cappucinos.Room dated but clean.Public areas pleasant and fantastic terraces.Good location.Hotel rooms just need updating...love a bit of faded elegance but not a room stuck in the 80s

Everything was fine, but we do not like your policy of higher rates as one nears the departure date. Not everyone is in a position to book so far in advance of their holiday that they can take advantage of the lower rates. In any case, the amount of business you do does not justify your policy in my opinion.

Everything went well. Arrived quick and easy. When we came home we were delayed by half an hour and there was a queue at in the morning but enough working to collect the keys so went down quickly.

The staff were helpful and polite. Toilet facilities, excellent. Unfortunately, two flights from Alicante arrived at the same time and passengers were all squshed on one bus back from the terminal. Surely with tracking systems available today, you could have provided two buses back to the carpark as we were squashed in and had nowhere to sit.
