We arrived at Silver Zone car park at 4am it was still dark but the signage and path lighting was really good we had no issues finding our way we parked up and went to the reception where the staff were helpful and efficient it took a few minutes and we were on our waiting transfer bus excellent !

All went pretty much as expected and hoped. Very pleasant staff to deal with. The only disappointment was how far away the car had been reparked....I was travelling with a 93 year old!

Booking, parking, reception and transfers all went very smoothly. However unsure why the car was moved to a slot almost twice as far from reception as it had been parked. Had it been raining when we returned it would have been a very depressing end to the holiday.

excellent car parking facility, everything worked well, clean and secure. Only downside was that the handbrake was left off when my car was moved to the pick up point, luckily level ground but possible problems.

Parking was fine in terms of key collection etc but whoever parked a customers car next to me in the car park literally left me a foot to open my door. Had to climb in passenger side. Luckily no marks on my car etc.

Plenty of space at the car park, easy to check in friendly staff even at 6:00 in the morning, on collection of the keys 2 staff members issuing them back very quick even thou it was busy. Would definitely use again and have already recommend to others.

Everything was smooth running and very well organised. We were lucky there were no queues to drop off or when we collected our keys and there was a bus waiting to take us to the airport and back to the car park on our return.

Have been booking with you for several years and at least 5 times a year and you improve every time never have had to wait to long to check in or retrieve key. Buses always clean and drivers so polite.

Had to park quite a distance from the reception despite signs saying spaces available nearer. That being said the car was moved nearer reception for collection. I rate the entry and exit system highly.

Experience was fine this time, but car got dinged last time so it always was going to mar the experience. One observation is that staff who move the cars around do drive too fast which makes you wonder about the care taken.
