Silver parking signage not very easy to pick out in darkness especially as we were new to the area. Ended up in long stay car park and helped by bus driver to locate correct car park.

My only complaint with Silver Zone parking arrangements is that the staff moved my car much further away from reception than where I had left it. This meant a long trek with our luggage in the dark and pouring rain. Not sure why they need to move cars around anyway.

We did thoroughly enjoy our stay in Amsterdam, my only criticism was the eat all you can breakfast. Consisting of stale bread, no toaster, broken coffee machines, cereal, the only other choice was cheese meat (chicken & ham) and croissants, if you don’t want to eat meat for breakfast that leaves very little choice. The staff were excellent and friendly can’t fault them. The room could have had a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities.

I was not able to use the parking I had booked because Bristol Airport was closed and my flight cancelled. The alternative flight offered, meant I had to travel to Birmingham, stay overnight and fly out on Saturday morning.

The Silver Car Park was a short distance offsite from Bristol Airport but the free buses ran every ten minutes or so between the site and the airport terminal so it was easy to get to. The overall service was very good but my only complaint is that if you tried to phone them the call was sent through to voicemail and they didn't return the call.

We had to cut holiday short due to a bereavement & didn't inform of this, when we arrived early hours to collect car the staff were only to happy to de-ice the car & get us on our way.

Silverline parking appeared to have only one bus running. Had to wait for it to arrive. Many left waiting for the next bus on a very cold night. On arrival to collect car key only two staff ready for serving until two additional staff arrived to deal with the lengthening queue.
