Signs directed us to the parking area , made a note of the bay number, and handed in the car key. The transfer bus was ready to go. On returning the transfer bus was waiting we were one of the last to get on .... standing room only , which was fine for us ... no heavy case to lift on to a rack. At reception we handed in our collection slip , the bay number was then written on the back for us. And off we went. Very efficient and will definitely use it again.

As always, easy drop off process. No fault Of Silver Zone car park when we arrived for pick up as so many people arrived at the same time. We were queuing outside the doors in really cold temperatures compared to the Canary Island weather we left behind!

The service provided was fine, however, a couple of observations that did put a negative against the service. Principally this relates to the "return" leg of the operation. Whilst it is appreciated that the providers of the service wish to move as many people as possible from the airport to the Silver car park, however I would suggest that the flexi-bus was possibly loaded to beyond what could be deemed as being safe with the people and luggage being carried. There were several who were standing on the "mid flexi portion, which certainly gave concerns with the baggage etc. If there was an accident it would have been an impossible situation for many passengers on the bus. As a result of the numbers being carried there was a major influx into the key collection area, although the people manning that facility were efficient and fairly quick I would suggest that the "model" used by Birmingham airport whereby the client parks their car then catches the "round-Robin" bus from the nearest bus stop to the airport and then the opposite on the return is a more efficient process. Given that Bristol is one of our nearest airports we will undoubtedly look to use the service again however, maybe the suggestions may be "food for thought".
