Did exactly what it said on 'the tin' easy transfers both ways and didn't wait long for the bus, would definitely use again.

Easy to park. Staff were helpful, huge queues to drop keys off and to collect the car. Only two staff on leaving the car and four on the return. The line was out of the door and along the side of the bus causing issues for people trying to get on the bus. Improvement needed here! Leaving the car park took sometime as only one barrier was working and everyone had to use the exit card. Would have been quicker for staff to open the barrier and take the card off people to ensure security.

Everything went smoothly, only downfall I’d say is it would be helpful to have trolled easily accessible as when your a family of 5 with 4 suitcases and a pushchair it was very difficult with all of our luggage as our 4 year old couldn’t exactly help.

Bristol Silver zone car park was efficient, clean and easy as always - new reception area is very nice. Staff are polite, friendly and efficient. This is my favourite airport in the UK.

This was an excellent service. Easy to administer, seamfree movement from the car park to the airport. Superb. No hitches, no holdups, just half an hour from plane to car and on the road home. My wife and I worked at Heathrow, although hard to compare Bristol was brilliant!

Yes everything went smoothly on the outward car parking . I was particularly pleased as you give the car keys into a box how swift the operation was and even more pleased how swiftly they returned the car keys when you got to the top of the queue. The only problem was the wait in the bus at the airport and the wait in the queue to retrieve the keys. Possibly more buses working in Mid Afternoon and more people working at check in at the silver link hub
