Had to wait a little while for the bus to leave the carpark and transfer us to the airport, but coming back the bus happened to be there when we walked out of the airport and left immediately to go to the carpark. Only one mile was put on the cars mileage so I know it didn't get moved too far.

The parking was easy to find, frequent shuttle buses to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and able to answer all of our questions. On return, they had the keys ready for us, with no issues despite our slightly delayed flight. Would recommend.

everything went smoothly from arrival to departure.Staff helpful.the only concern that i had was the increase in price.A 15 day stay cost £62:99,the price now has gone up to £112:99 that is even with a discount of 10%.The only explanation i received, were busy...

Very satisfied with the facilities and staff. The only concern was due to the very large amount of travellers returning to Bristol airport on several different flights at the same time in the middle of the cold wet dark night. This caused a long wait for car park bus and some disgruntled people sheltering under a smoke filled canopy outside the terminal building. Quite uncomfortable!

Everything worked very well and staff were helpful too. The score was based on travelling with someone who has limited mobility and our luggage. it was a bit stressful on the return to the car park. Not your fault just busy and crowded although driver found seat for us and reception offered assistance back to car.

Would have preferred a car park a bit closer! The staff were helpful. The bus arrived and dropped us off at the terminal. It was the hassle factor that was a pain. But overall it was reasonable value for money .

Our holiday on the whole was great. The accommodation was as described correctly even though it looked and needed a bit of TLC. However it was very, very clean. I would recommend this hotel and area. The food was lovely as well.
