Drop off went well. Collection was less easy as bus very full, long queue of people collecting cars with special difficulties e.g. missed flight and needed car back overnight but it was already being moved. Took a while and there is a new system with card for exit barrier.

For the first time since you opened there was a massive queue at the airport waiting for transport to Silverstone. I would have thought the Company would have been well aware of the number if clients due and would have ensured more buses were made available to cope eliminating such lengthy queues

As usual every thing went very smoothly. Still updating the car parking layout but will be even better once finished. The staff coped extremely well with all the people booking in. No queuing for the transfer bus to and from the airport .

All pretty good. Only one niggle whereby I was asked for my booking ref but the person who was being booked in next to me was only asked for their car registration number. Obviously Reception can book in using either, so why not go with the easiest option, ie, car registration number?

I requested that as we have assistance for our Flights, could we please have the Car Parked as near as possible to the facility! I am very pleased to say it was parked in the Disabled Area on our return! It made such a difference to us!

Everything well smoothly, and although Silver parking are carrying out major works to the entrance and main driveway up to reception it did not detract from the experience in any way. As always we found the staff helpful and cheery, even though we arrived at 3am to drop off our car. Our homeward trip went smoothly too, arriving at airport, through luggage reclaim and through to the car park inside 45 minutes. The bus drivers were polite, helpful and a great advert for the whole firm.

Easy booking process & booking in at silverzone was quick & easy. 5 min transfer to airport & drop off directly outside of departure entrance at Bristol airport. On return, bus was waiting outside airport doors. Collecting car key on return was straight forward and car easy to locate.
