We used Bristol Aspire lounge and were extremely disappointed, the attitude of the front desk was very frosty to say the least and she couldn’t be bothered to even make eye contact. On entering the lounge we could see some tables were reserved, Why ?I’m not sure as we had all paid to be in there. The staff apart from one lady called Azra I think her name was were very rude and when asked for items they looked like it was as if it was too much trouble for them. Food was very basic and my vegetarian friend had to wait for her items to be cooked, then they never arrived. It was the worst experience of an airport lounge I have ever experienced and I was embarrassed greatly.

The new 'terminal' is much better than the 'hut' which was utilised last time. Check in & return was smooth & there were plenty of staff on hand to help. The transfer buses were ideal; they ran regularly with adequate room. The car was returned in good order. All in all a great service!

Parking at Bristol Silverzone worked well and was generally quick, although there were not enough staff on Key collection at Silverzone especially once someone had lost thier ticket and only one staff member to deal with 2 planes of passengers.

Easy to find space to leave car, check in staff friendly and quick, minimal queues, bus waiting to take us back to terminal. On arrival, got straight on bus back to terminal Collected keys, found car and within 30 mins of landing, we were leaving car park to drive home

Found it frustrating that when l extended the stay by 3 days due to a flight change l received 90pence refund so obviously by booking early does not give you a better rate. The car parking set up is excellent and l would still use it when l fly from Bristol
