Nice and easy too book and airport parking was so easy simple park your car enter your bay number drop your keys off and they move the cars too a secure compound. Honestly will be using the service again.

Silver zone was as efficient as usual, for drop off and pickup. Unfortunately we had to return early but after an email to silveradmin our car was made available with only one day notice.

As good as ever. However when we went to retrieve our car from the designated parking place (CM57) the sign stated to the left of the walkway, parking bays up to CM52 and the sign to the right continued CM58 onwards. No mention of CM 53-57 even though they were there quite clearly on the right. Just a small point.

The car park was well signposted and easy to find. The offices were well staffed with friendly personnel and the operation looked professional. I was happy leaving the car in the care of Silver Parking. The shuttle bus was clean and there was a regular service. On our return we were told where the car was parked. It had been driven 1 mile which is perfectly acceptable given the size of the site.

My vehicle had been cleaned before our journey, when I arrived back late at night I could see even then it was filthy covered in a layer of thick dust. When I arrived home in daylight I was shocked at how dirty it was, where was it parked and next to what ?

Our departure from the car park was excellent but not so good on our arrival it took 45 minutes to get back to the car park due to high volume of people, perhaps an extra bus would solve the problem

Absolutely no problems. Check in was easy with no wait. Coach to terminal fine. On return a slight wait for coach but collecting car keys was easy but with a little wait because of the number of people
