We used the Silver car parkong. Very easy arrival and parking, just got ticket and parked as NPR is used. Bus to the terminal was there in a couple of minutes. Return was as easy but the wait for the bus was longer and was very busy. We were rather rammed on the bus, but it's only a couple of minutes to the car park.

The information on your website was incorrect. There was no mention of taking a ticket at the barrier and the website stated that the barrier would lift automatically on leaving the car park. You needed your ticket to exit through the barrier. There was no mention either that you needed to phone for the Silver Zone bus. This was at Bristol airport.

Completely automated system which caused a problem when the car in front of me had problems and needed to reverse. The problem was that a queue had formed and late at night were unable to see that we all had to reverse. The lack of any human presence meant individuals had no direction. The cost of parking is significantly higher than most other regional airports. Would look for an cheaper and better alternative if I flew from this poor airport again

Absolute shambles. Arrived early morning in the dark. Was under the impression that it was Number plate recognition but had to get a ticket. Car park badly lit and poorly marked out. Sign posts to the bus stops inadequate. Car park surface very shoddy

Firstly we were surprised by the new procedure with no staff anywhere but it worked just. Did oot like having to find the car as previously it had been moved near to the bus drop off Did not like the lack of signs showing were each zone was ie had to look round to find zone C

Peak times Coach transfer frequency at Bristol airport from the Silver zone terminal to the carpark should definitely increase We had to wait for over 10 mins in poor weather at the airport coach pick up point and the bus was overfilled!

Post code does not take you to silver parking so went to wrong part of airport . I suggest using what three words so people don’t have same problem

Arrived at the parking but barrier accesss was disabled (storm Eunice). No ground staff to advise on which area of the carpark to put ones car. Main reception unmanned (alledgedly because of COVID) No guidance as to what to do in not being issued a green ticket (barrier access) disabled). Had problems leaving the carpark on completion of holiday due to barrier egress and no green ticket). In short a very bad experience and no customer care.

Easy once we found the location of the parking Z Could have done with info prior to arrival on where to find the car pick up/collection desk. Some people with kids etc might find it a bit of a walk away from the main terminal building. Staff were super, so helpful and really friendly.

Good, except trying to chat with someone familiar with the insurance side of my car hire proved extremely difficult, I was passed from one agent to another none of who knew a thing about the insurance aspect, all was done via online chats, it was not possible to talk to an actual person who could of possibly understood and answered my concerns, I had long waits in between chats and on a number of occasions was cut off, my questions were eventually answered by a manager via e-Mail, very frustrating, frustrating enough to make me look elsewhere when I hire again in April, very disappointing as all else was good.

Arrived and all went smoothly, on return the que for the bus was huge in the dark and we waited over 45 minutes for the bus which arrived after one other sensible customer at the bus stop called to find out why there was no bus? When we got back to the carpark zone A has terrible lighting and I had a car so close to me it almost was hitting my wing mirror, they must have climbed out of their passenger door to get out. I'm not a bad driver but it meant I couldn't swing out of the space to leave , had to do several maneuvers to get out. There was also a big 4 x 4 truck sticking out on the bay behind me into the road so it was tight pulling onto the road to swing my car out. I will admit it was late, dark , cold and I was grumpy ???? by this stage .

I have no issues whatsoever with the parking or the facilities whatsoever. The process could not be simpler. However I find the price absolutely disgusting. £85 to park a car for 7 days on a piece of tarmac. I'd expect to pay £25 max. The price is not justified and evidently based on the very maximum people are prepared to pay. In my eyes it's daylight robbery.

Very disappointed as I chose to continue my booking for another 3 days. I tried to contact you on the phone number you gave to be able to extend my stay at a reasonable price. However whatever time of day you did not answer the phone. As a result I had to pay at Silvef Zone itself for the extra 3 days and it cost the staggering amount of £45 for the three extra days. I am quite outaged by this and feel as a gesture of goodwill ( as i could not alter the booking directly with you) it would be good to receive a refund of some kind . I have used Silver Zone parking many times but this time I needed to phone them prior to setting out from home and there was no way to find their phone number .... also, no doubt because of Covid the access drive through tunnel did not work, nor was there anyone in the office and only because other people were helpful and arranged for a bus to come and collect us ... all a bit unsettling. ON my return all ok. Overall a good place to park but somehow it would be imporrtant to be able to contact them if/when needed by phone. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have changed how you park your car at Silverzone. I wasn’t aware of the changes so didn’t have a pen to write the parking bay down so had to remember it until I eventually got to the airport as you no longer hand car keys in to register where you parked. When returning after your holiday, you also had to remember where in the car park you parked as it is no longer moved for your return. And all this done in the dark and rain both ways. It felt like a nightmare but was easy to exit when we found our car. Now we know the new routine it will make life MUCH easier and we look forward to next time.

We had a good experience with the airport parking we booked through Holiday Extras except that we were given a ticket by the machine on arrival at the car park which said payment required. This was a bit worrying as we'd paid online at the time of booking. Also, we were concerned that the exit barrier wouldn't rise when we came to leave the car park if it was expecting payment. The coach driver who took us to the airport hotel said they were using old tickets. They should stop doing this as it's confusing and disconcerting for customers. On the upside, the coach driver took us to the hotel door as we were the only people on the coach. Very good of him.

All easy till we tried to leave through the automatic barrier...machine told us we'd overstayed and owed £123 ... a quick phone call had this sorted but it was a bit of a shock at the time.

Very easy parking with ANPR. Clean toilets at parking. Had to wait about 10 minutes for the bus to terminal. About 25 mins on return. We saw an empty shuttle drive off as we emerged from arrivals. Overall good value and straight forward.

I would like to thank the gentleman in attendance on Sunday 6th of February at approx. 5.00pm at Bristols Long Stay car park exit cabin(unsure if he is employed by Holiday Extra) who was most courteous and understanding in helping me out with a"self inflicted" parking issue involving my Audi motor car. Thank you . Having had a 4 hour delay at Turin and 2 hour delay at Bristol on arrival the gentleman was a life saver.

got to the silverzone parking at Bristol airport got ticket from machine to park. parked car when to booking in area it was closed the sign said if you want a curiously bus you have to phone a number was not happy about that when got back to parking area drove car to barrier put ticket in expecting the barrier to go up but ohh no it said I had to pay £153 to exit by this time I was really fed up i pressed button for help to be told that the booking was not for the time I was leaving in other words I was late but I was not I was actually 10 minutes early leaving the man on other end of helpline told me that this is not the first time that had happened today I now it was not as 3 others in front of me had same problem the man opened the barrier and apologised for the inconvenience so I am not happy with the service I received

How to get there details wrong. Access via 2.1m gate is closed off. You now need to pull up to automatic barrier, no signs, very confusing.
