It went well but it was very expensive and at the barrier the ticket printed my vehicle reg wrong and as its a fully automated system i couldn't querie it with a yone as there was no one there i just hoped the exit would work and luckily it did so no problems but the price was really high

Paid £103 pounds for what.To park my car in your pound and no staff there.Got to ring the for the shuttle bus ad not there waiting even though the car park was packed and had to park at bottom.On return had to walk to car in pouring rain as obviously no staff there to move cars nearer to offices.What sort of a service is this very poor.Of course the same excuse it is because of Covid this did not reflect lack of service in price.Will not be using your parking again.Also very dark there for females collecting their cars not very secure.

Only issue was car park layout and bus route had changed and we hadn’t been told. Having limited mobility issues, and no disabled parking available, it was luck we parked near the only bus stop now. Had no warning that buses no longer drive around car park-and no instructions in car park.

The main gripe concerns you selling me a Lounge access with the car parking at Bristol airport. On arrival at the terminal at 1pm intending to enjoy lunch for a flight departure, I found the lounge had closed at noon. I would ask for a refund or credit for this unfair cost please. The unexpected aspect of the Silver Zone carpark at Bristol was utterly no staff presence to leave the car keys with; taking the keys with me for a month staying in multiple locations was an added risk. The entry barrier was faulty at the carpark; an unwelcome hassle and time delay with no-one supervising. On return, staff were present in mid evening and helped me locate my car (I having mislaid the parking bay number). The shuttle bus is excellent and prompt.

Enjoyed the park yourself procedure with keys retained. More COVID secure and quicker. However, not sure if anyone was there to deal with any problems had they occurred (eg a lost car park exit card).

1. There was no one at the reception area on arrival. The bus waited a long time before going to the Airport and then went off the drop off before getting to the airport putting us behind on our check-in. 2. We had to wait nearly an hour for a pick-up bus to arive on our retrun pick-up. 3. The card for the exit of the return exit of the Car pack did't work and wanted to charge me £158, to get out of the car park and it took some time to get an operator to operate the barrior to let me out.

After booking our Bristol silver zone airport parking, we had our flight cancelled at the last minute because of weather conditions in Madeira. I changed our dates immediately on your website and was charged £15 for a days less parking. Two years ago we returned 3 days late from Madeira because of the pandemic lockdown and were not charged any extra because we had booked directly with Bristol Airport. We will not be booking with Travel Extras again.

Everything went smoothly as usual, there was a bus waiting for us when we arrived at the car park. When we arrived back we only had to wait a short time for a bus to come. The driver was kind and made sure we were both ok before he left

if you have zeros or noughts in your reg number make sure you use the correct prefix. My DVLA reg documents uses zeros which I put but when we returned from our holiday and put in the card at the barrier it returned my card saying I would need to pay a charge of £228. I pressed the call button and spoke to man who said my reg was wrong and I should have used noughts. I questioned this and told him about my DVLA docs and he said they only recognised noughts. I've used noughts before and got a parking ticket for not used zeros where I live so I don't know what's going on. He did raise the barrier after hearing my story.

I have used silver parking in the past. This time it will be my last. There were no spaces near the bus terminal. We had to a long way off which was a problem as my wife has limited mobility. On return the bus driver was a great help otherwise I would have had difficulty in finding my vehicle.

No. Our flight home was cancelled and rearranged for 2 days later. I tried and tried to contact you to inform you, but all I heard was that your voicemail was full and there was no one to answer the call. I took out your insurance against delays and ended up paying an extra £30! Not happy.

Non existent signage to guide me to a bus collection point after parking the car. Generally poor guidance as to what to do. Last time I used this parking the system was completely different and the new arrangements were unclear. Far too many emails from Holiday Extras. The whole experience felt like maximum sales effort and minimum customer care.

Booked Bristol on airport parking in but flight cancelled due to Covid epidemic. Rebooked parking for 4-12th March using some credit for the cancelled booking 2 years before. Drove in to long stay car park, ticket not valid except for Silver off airport parking. Charged £8 to exit car park and transfer to silver carrying 2 skiis, 2 boot bags, 2 suitcases. Long trek from parking space to shuttle bus station, no trolleys available. Only managed to catch the plane because we had booked overnight in the airport hotel (Hampton).

Very easy system to use - don’t forget to remember your parking slot number for your return though! Not too far from airport and shuttle bus to and fro so soon on road home!

No I was really cross. I truied to extend my stay by 3 days by telephoning the number you gad given me. No matter which day or at what time I phoned mo one answered the phone. As a result I had to pay at the barrier at Silver Zone which cost me £45 fir the extra 3 days. That's totally unacceptable!!! I have written to you before but of course received no reply!! Will never park with you again unless i receive a reply!! Yes please do publish my comments but Im Sure you wont!!! Perhaps j will put my review on Travel Zoo!! Or barge Trust Pilot.
