Easy to park. No check in now so much quicker arriving and leaving

I was disappointed with the parking that I booked at Bristol Airport Silver Zone. On return to the UK there was a long queue around 40 of people waiting for the transfer back to the silver zone parking. A bus was available but it was going to the car rental. There were no people waiting to go to the car rental, and the bus left with nobody on it. After a long wait a bus did come for the silver zone, this bus then waited around whilst members of staff had a long chat. It would have been much better to use the car rental bus to take people back to the parking. The whole experience gave the impression that passengers were just tolerated as a mild inconvenience rather than being the focus of the operation. I appreciate that Holiday Extras don't run the service but are simply resellers but I would appreciate it if the feedback was passed on.

Booked Silver Car parking. Used this facility at Bristol Airport many times. Very straightforward. No longer have to drop off keys as centre not manned at present. Picked up by transfer bus, no waiting. On return we waited 5 mins at the terminal forthe return transfer bus.

It was a great service but unfortunately let down on our return trip which I must say was on the time stated when a taxi was sent to pick up my husband and I and then went on to pick up another couple at a different location to share the taxi which I was concerned about with the covid being so virulent especially as the person in the back of the car sat next to me was sniffing and coughing I did think this should not have been a taxi but maybe a minibus where at least we could have socially distanced.This was made all the more annoying when we were contacted by track and trace on our return after we had done our best to keep socially distanced from others.

I parked the car, caught the bus and was at Departures in just 5 minutes. On my return, I had to phone for the bus to come and pick me up, and delivered to the parking area. What more can I say?

No staff …. COVID 19. Needed to check that the transfer bus was continuing to operate on a 30 minute basis. It was and we were assured having rung the prescribed telephone number.

Easy to find, easy to park. Due to a silly number of issues with flights I had to go to and from my car multiple times. The public transport between was brilliant and made this part stress free.

All perfect, as usual, except that as we came to the barrier, the camera had miss-read our number (reading our O as a D, which we luckily noticed before putting the card in the machine), so we moved to a different barrier, which read it correctly and raised the barrier.

The carpark that I booked was closed and this was confirmed by a Holiday Extras rep during a subsequent Chat. He advised that we should have received an email which we didn't. We then had to park in an airport Long Stay car park and they tried to charge us again on departure. Bad communication on the part of Holiday Extra caused us a lot of anxiety both on departure and return. Very unhappy with the service in this case.

Booked for 2 weeks at Bristol silver zone. Had to stay in Portugal because of illness. Tried to contact holiday extras to extend booking. Extremely difficult no phone number had to do online chat which was difficult long wait lost contact. Told to phone silver zone no reply . Told extra days charges on email confirmation they were not . Have booked before with Bristol airport direct and they extended booking no problem . Concerned how to get out of car park as not maned and ticket would not be valid

Used Holiday Extras to book my parking st Bristol Airport. Options given to me allowing me to choose the parking that suited me best. Simply drove to the barrier which gave me a ticket for exit and after parking used the 'transit' bus. Easy.

unable to amend booked after a flight delay of 24 hrs. could not log on, only a recorded message on the phone which was not helpful. Ended up at the car park barrier with a long queue of cars behind talking to a person on the intercom trying to resolve the issue

There was nothing wrong with the service provided but it was different to that we had had previously. We met no one in person apart from the bus drivers and we took our keys with us. I do believe this service should now cost less than it did previously but in fact it costs more.

Car park is well laid out and easy to find. When I drove out to leave the exit machine miss-read my number plate but the attendant answered the call button quickly and sorted the problem and raised the barrier,

On our return we waited more than 20 minutes in the cold for the shuttle service, despite ringing them up to say we were waiting, as it told you to do at the Stop. They promised a 20 minute service so one expects less than 20 minutes as often a bus is waiting anyway.

We didn't see any staff apart from the bus drivers. Thankfully our car started, if it hadn't we would have to rely on fellow parkers. (We helped jump start a camper van as no one else was around)

We booked well in advance and on our return we couldn't get out of the car park as it is now all automated we put the ticket in the machine and was told our ticket had expired and we owed £154 the barrier didn't open and we had to run around the site to find a shuttle bus driver who told us what to do the situation was resolved in the end with the explanation the anpr read the number plate incorrectly it was a bit stressful at the time

We booked the Silverzone parking at Bristol Airport. When we collected the car, the instructions said the barrier would lift automatically. This was wrong! A ticket was required. We were frantic, not nice.

Office was not manned, but still an efficient service. It was very quiet so we had to phone for a coach to pick us up from the silver parking but they arrived very quickly. Very happy with service.
