Bristol Silverzone parking as usual getting more technologically advanced each time we go. As advertised. Price best we could find for this car park.

Check in was fine, despite the two staff having a very loud conversation about our destination and saying how horrible it was. Pick up a bit of a hassle, long queues for both the bus and getting the key, needed more regular buses to prevent the bottle neck.

Easy access to the carpark and found a space almost next to the terminal. The check in system was new, but there was a member of staff on hand to help out and actually the process is straightforward.

Facilities and service at the airport was great. The customer service and contact options for holiday extras is absolutely shocking. I spent HOURS trying to get through in your 'live chat' I would get from in the queue to 30 or 40 and then suddenly it would disconnect and start again.

Bristol Silver zone parking was very straight forward. Car photographed on way in for piece of mind in case of damage, park in a bay and drop off keys. Car only moved less than a mile while i was away. Pick up was just as simple. Buses run regularly and take about 5 mins.

When we arrived at the airport after a slightly delayed flight we were directed to the wrong coach transfer, after being directed to the correct one we began a very long journey to our hotel. Once we arrived at our hotel we were informed that there was no record of our booking, we had been travelling since 10am that morning and to be told that on arrival at 11:30pm was as I’m sure you would understand completely shocking, I eventually convinced the hotel staff that we were booked in by showing our payment history and booking reference on the app, but they could only offer us a room with a double bed despite us booking a room for 3 people to sleep in, thankfully the hotel sorted out an extra bed the next day for our son to sleep in. I appreciate the journey itself is out of anyones control but the fact there was no booking for us at the hotel was very stressful and upsetting when travelling with a small child. Please if someone could contact us with regards to this matter.

I left my daughters teddy in the car and I went back to the car at the silver zone and the staff were amazing and went and got it out of the car for me. They were amazing thank you to whoever you were. ????

We had to change our booking as our flight was cancelled. EasyJet AirBnB and the bus company all reimbursed us. However, Holiday Extras did the opposite for one day less you charged us an extra amount. How immoral is that, the answer is totaly, I will not be using your services again, unless you change your policies. I have given you a very poor rating on Trust Pilot and will contniue to tell all I know how you have cheated us.

Silver Zone telephone and email service either blocked or not working when Flights were cancelled when we had to return 2 days early, no one answering the phone meant a delay when arriving to pick up car, pretty poor excuses from staff.

Parking was easy, staff very helpful. Plane delayed on way back, so arrived after 11pm, however there was a bus waiting to take us back to the silver zone, so quick and simple and on the road home in about 30 minutes from baggage claim.

The barrier opened to allow us entry to the car park. We received a ticket to us on our return. We parked the car and didn’t have to check in before catching the shuttle bus. Our return was just as smooth.

We didn’t know the parking was just off the airport site and we had to drop keys so our car could be moved. This meant due to us returning a day early our car was not immediately available as it had been moved offsite and the keys were not at the reception. They got it for us within 20 minutes but we had not been told when dropping it would be moved and if our return plans were to change they would need to be informed so could get our car back ready for our early collection. I will use holiday extras to book again but will not use this parking facility at Bristol airport. I will pay slightly more and park on-site at the airport. I feel the car was secure but was not as close to the terminal as I had wanted.

Staff were helpful but entry to the car park was unclear and automated check in was a mess. Key collection on return also took far too long. Some passengers were unclear as to what tickets they needed to pick up keys.

Improving the customer service at the reception desk at Silverstone parking. Try sending them for staff training, And if that doesn’t work, May be a change of career , the toilets in the main airport smelt as bad as their attitude

No problems at all. We parked our car, had help from a lovely lady with our keys. Great week away, shuttle bus was waiting for us on return, happy helpful staff at collection ???? even at a late hour.

All ok intill I tried to exit the car park and could not see the large, but low EXIT signs and then found out that I needed an exit card to get through the barrier which I was not given with my key!

Parking was as always very easy. Trying out new self check-in and was helped through the process and found that easy, and hopped on the bus and away to the terminal. On return we got onto the bus back to the car park and went in to pick up keys and they were lost, turns out they were given to somebody else ahead of me in the queue

Our flight was cancelled so we needed to leave the car an extra day. There was no way of letting silver zone parking know as the phones were not answered and their mail box was full. Tried to call at least 10 times.

Easy access to car park and airport. Cannot understand why automatic photo-sensitive entry taken out of service. New automated arrangement for key drop off and access on return are an unnecessary burden on the traveller. And they don’t work!!

Awful experience. Long walk from where we had to park - no shuttle bus. On return, we had to phone to ask for a bus. The mobile number provided was not in use! Phoned the land line and it took over 15mins for the bus to arrive. A long queue of people waiting in the cold and rain. We identified the incoming flight time when booking, so surely it was obvious that many people would be arriving then? Number plate recognition recognised me on exit, so why do we also need to present the ticket? I will not be using Silver Parking again - I would rather pay the extra to park on airport. Other airports seem to be able to organise efficient off airport parking. This was a shambles
