Better organisation at terminal return stop. There were 4 bus loads of people when we came back. This lead to some q jumping and as it poor weather, a bit of shelter would have been nice

We parked our car at Silver Zone, and the process was very quick, and we were soon at the terminal. Coming back a few flights had arrived at the same time, but when we came out of the terminal building there were 2 coaches waiting. When we got to Reception the staff were very efficient and I got the car keys very quickly. The car was parked very near the reception area and we loaded up and were on our way very quickly. It was a brilliant service and we would certainly use the Silver Zone parking again.

Extremely disappointed with the service received. We arrived back at 2am in the morning with our 18 month daughter and had to wait over 45 minutes for a bus to take us to the car park. While on the 5 minute bus journey there was an extremely aggressive man shouting, swearing and loading cases on that almost hit my child, this caused her to be very upset and scared. A completely unacceptable level of service.
