Everything went very smoothly, even at 5am. The zone is easy to find and well indicated; people were helpful and friendly; transfers were frequent and there was almost no waiting. I was impressed when the bus driver waited for a group of people coming out of the terminal, in case some of them were headed for his bus, so as not to leave them stranded there: I thought that was awsome and that's probably the reason I take the time for this survey.

Advertised as on airport but is around a mile away. The bus when we arrived back was extremely overcrowded and we only just managed to squeeze onto it. If we hadn't have been able to get on we would have had to wait until it did the round to come back. If its raining you have to pack too far from reception and will get very wet. Not as good as others at different airports

Quick & efficient service. Car moved to convienent place on return. Easy to find car park once at the airport. Only problem trying to get Bristol Airport as very poorly signposted through complex road system through Bristol (added 45 minutes & much frustration & anxiety to journey).

Error on the system at car park, pick up was booked for 00:00 on 3rd June, however system error changed that to 23:59 on 3rd June, meaning they were expecting us to pick up the cars 24 hours later than we had booked, resulting in a half an hour wait whilst they found the cars! Even though the email I have proves the dates/times I selected were correct to me, this was stil my fault according to the check out desk there, as I should have checked through the details when I checked in! Incorrect, if I book something online at a specific time and a time I have checked twice to ensure is correct, I do not expect a system fault to change it and I do not expect to be told that it was my fault! Very poor service!

My car was parked in a different space and I struggled to get in the car. My car was parked very close to another car so I had to squeeze in to get in the driver sit. Usually my car has not been moved.
