BUS SERVICE COLLECTION FROM AIRPORT TO CAR COLLECTION AT SILVER ZONE LIKE A CATTLE TRUCK AND AT 3.00AM. HEAVY SUITCASES FALLING OVER AND ROLLING AROUND AN OVERCROWDED BUS WITH A FRUSTRATED DRIVER!!! HORRENDOUS END TO A LONG, LATE FLIGHT.

The service is good, but I was given the wrong lane letter and ended up walking around the car park at 11oclock at night pressing my key fob. I was told A44 but my car was in E44.

Bristol Airport Silver Zone parking is very poor. Always ends up with you walking almost to Clevedon to collect your car upon return. Very poor service indeed

The staff were amazing. Our car broke down on our return and we had to wait 3 hours for a tow truck. They made us feel very welcome in the reception area. They made us coffee, offered us food and a lift to the airport and back for baby supplies as we were stuck with an 8 month old. We are very thankful for their kindness. Couldn't recommend silver zone and the staff that work there any more. Fantastic customer service with a smile. Mr & Mrs Coles
