Used the post code given and sat nav took us to the long term car park. This clearly happens a lot judging by the staff reaction when we asked to leave it without paying. Sat nav route did not go via the main entrance where we would have seen signs for Silver Zone.

Arrival went smoothly but when we returned to collect our key they could not tell us where our car was as the label had been written so badly. This a poor experience after a long days travel and kept us waiting an extra half hour after we should have been away

Everything went very smoothly in every respect. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Also, I had to change the car details on the booking form a few days before departure and this was done without any difficulty.

Smooth reception on arrival car left for 5 days without any problems at all - no bags on arrival back so from exiting the plane to catching the coach and being on the road took just 15 minutes... Result!

We had no problems, everything went without problem. waiting for the return bus was a bit disorganised with British reserve allowing some to jump to the front. Much groaning was heard but no confrontation.

I don't understand why the return shuttle waits and waits until it is absolutely packed to the rafters. This just means a longer wait to get your keys back.

Very helpful we arrived late and the coach driver was very accommodating in getting us to the airport as quick as possible and even dropped us right by the door to check in with Thomson. I wish I took the mans name it was aporox 6pm on 2nd September.

Clear easy instructions online, arrived, parked, dropped keys off, shuttle bus to terminal. The same on our return, clear instructions to shuttle bus, back to parking reception for key collection, directed to our car, loaded and on the road within half an hour. No problems at all and staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you for hassle free airport parking.
