Everything went extremely smoothly. I had a sinking feeling when almost everybody on the few flights that landed at 1 in the morning headed for the Silver Zone bus stop but I need not have worried. There were two bendy buses waiting Xmas a third turned up 5 minutes later. It alll went very smoothly.

The Bristol silver zone parking system is very simple and efficient and simple is always the best solution, however, if a customer mislays there small white ticket the system shouldn't collapse, could be more flexible so to prevent hold ups. Having said this the staff especially the bus driver are very helpful.

Very easy to find. Very easy process with key and parking etc. Lovely staff handed in a scarf that I dropped so I managed to get it back from the lost and found at Bristol airport on my return home.

We arrived at 3 in the morning. Your staff were efficient and friendly and the reception area was warm and comfortable. Upon our return the car key was quickly found and we were accurately directed by courteous staff to where the vehicle was parked. thanks.
