Very smooth and very little waiting. Unfortunately I always seem to be unlucky with the distance the car is parked from Reception but that is in the luck of the draw I expect.

I inadvertently failed to leave keys at reception. Have disabled wife and left car with Blue Badge in disabled bay. Feared the worst on return - car removed or something, but no, staff most courteous and understanding. No penalty to pay. Well done Holiday Extras. I shall use you again and hand keys in!!

Everything went smoothly thank you. My only criticism would be a larger drop off and collection point with extra staff would help avoid congestion.

Helpful staff, drop off was fine. Problem arose when we wanted to collect the car. It had been parked at the furthest point from reception even though i had mentioned that it was for my disabled friend. we even had the disabled badges on the dashboard, so there really was no excuse that these could not be seen.. After walking through the pouring rain at 11.30pm, my friend was quite upset and distressed by this!

There was a long queue to check in at Siver Zone, which we have never before encountered. However there were long queues everywhere at the airport so probably it was just a very busy time to travel

My only quibble is that on our return we found our vehicle had been moved to a space that was a considerable distance from the reception area and had it not just stopped raining it would have been a very unpleasant experience to drag our suitcases so far.

Just one little hitch on arriving back. I was told my car had been moved to h20 so really no problem, however in the dark with it raining at 23.00 the letter h was missing which meant I had to walk back to reception to find out what was happening, the girl said oh sorry I should have told you !! Meanwhile we all got a soaking.
