Explained needed disabled bay for my mum as has a disability so I left my car in disabled bay. On return was parked in normal bay c16 which was 1) a bit of a distance for my mum to walk 2) bay to narrow so my mum had to wait for me to reverse car out of bay to allow her door to be fully opened to get in. To which was very inconvenient.

Yes, waited 10 minutes for bus then sat in traffic for 10 minutes because of traffic lights on A38 that I believe the airport funded???

There is a big difference between Bristol Silver Zone and say Gatwick. Having to leave the car in a bay rather than outside the office does entail quite a long walk along the rough road with cases. The transfer to the terminal is very quick and the bendy buses do carry more people.
