Your staff were fantastic. There were enough people on the desks when I arrived. I was late and an extremely helpful person explained to the bus driver that I was late. I felt much calmer after I dropped the car off with you than when I arrived. On the way back the staff were again charming.

No problem with any aspect of the service, drivers friendly. No waiting around for transfer and quick service both dropping off and picking up car keys, even when a long queue.

dont really like my car being moved by persons unknown, however no problems on this occasion. Have known battery to be flat on return in the past down to the driver moving it not understanding the imobiliser. But no problems this time, you did what it said on the tin.

System efficient and staff personable. Only possible areas for improvement could be better surface for walking to and from vehicles and organisation and configuration of space on the shuttle bus to accommodate differing types and volumes of luggage.

Was not happy the baby seat had been in belted trying to put it back in the dark at 2 am with a unhappy baby was not fun and why did the staff change the radio channel took them longer to do that than to move the car

The queues were pretty long for both check in and check out but the staff were processing people as fast as they could so it was just sheer 'volume' not anything else that caused the delays.

Easy parking at drop off point and not too far to go to collect the car after our holiday. Operation seems to work really well with the courtesy buses.

our car was parked in an unsigned position when we returned, even some of the car park staff didnt know where it was. After 20 mins wandering around I had to return to the office and they had to send someone out to find it. Slightly disappointing
