The car door had a bump which was very disappointing as I have always used Silver Parking and never had a problem before. It was dark when I picked the car up so I did not notice at the time only when I got home.

You provide an excellent service, but Silver Zone is infuriating. When you come back your car has been moved to the furthest slot away from reception. Why can they not be like other parks and run a shuttle around several bus stops to pick up?

Always long queues at the desk trying to check in and out. Car parked far away despite requesting close parking due to travelling with two young children alone. Bus drove past us upon return when it felt it was clear we were running for the bus at 3am. Meant we stood about in the cold for a good 20 minutes waiting for next bus. Would use carpark again but only because it's the only choice compared to extra expensive on airport site parking.
